Sub-Widow Pension

PPO No- WCR/11603/2008/271

My father late G.KRISHNA PRASAD RAO was expierd on 14/06/2010 and he was retired on 31/08/2008 as a SSE from Diesel Trip shed SATNA (MP) and after retirement he is getting his Pension in SBI satna Branch A/c No-[protected]
So after his death My mother Submitted the All related document and Transfer of Pension in SBi Vizianagaram Branch Ac No-[protected].
but till my mother Pension is not started.when I asked WCR Jabalpur they told document and PPO is in Bhpol office but from there No responce .
