I have sent the bike through railways with BLT no.232395 dtd 11 may 2011 from bhopal to varanasi .but till date - have no information on the bike.We have contacted several timed to varanasi railway office and have logged a written complaint but all in vain. NO one is forwarding any kind of reply.
we are helpless now. please help.
