Raj Sneh Auto, Meerut — Poor service against Insurance policy

I purchased insurance policy every year from Raj Sneh Auto ,Meerut, This time they give me some free vouchers with my policy so that I may use them at the time of service of my vehicle. Vouchers are as :- Free washing, Free alignment, Free balancing, Discount in purchase of parts, Discount in service bill etc. (So I purchase policy). Now when I reached at agency they refuse all the vouchers & said for returend all the vouchers in behalf of this we give u the discount of 500/-. They are not ready for using the vouchers. when they show me very benefits before giving the policy for the same.
