[Resolved]  Rajahamsa Executive — mis behaviour of conductor

Respected Sir/Madam,


I want to submit one complaint regarding the RAJAHAMSA EXECUTIVE[1802BNGEKM].The bus number is KA - 40 - F - 109.I had booked the ticket through online on 7/8/2010.The journey date was 18/8/2010 from MYSORE RD SATELLITE B.S to angamalee.The departure time was 18.02hrs.That time i dont have originals of any identity proof .I have only the attested copy of my SSLC certificate and passport. I had shown that to the conductor,but he didn't accept that.As the attested copy of any certificate carries the value of the original certificate, he didn't even considered that.He told that if any other person will come with the same copy of ticket what can i do,saying that and he had canceled my name from his chart. These all things he had done in front of me.He doesn't even have the patience to watch whether any other person will come with the same ticket also.I told him that before reaching the place where i have to get down i will show my original passport.That also he didn't accepted.Immediately after cutting my name from his chart he asked me to pay Rs.500/- again. If so means he will give the same seat otherwise he won't allow me to enter into the bus like that he told.I don't have any other option at that time so i had paid the money. As i need to go to angamalee the ticket fare is only Rs.464/- and he had collected Rs.500/-from me and given 497rupees ticket.I hope you will take necessary action regarding this matter.
