I am not getting customer care no.([protected]) since 1 month & facing lots of problem. My connection got disconnected since 7 days due to non submission of my ID proof. But yesterday I submitted my ID proof & my mobile got connected. But it is very shameful from such a big organisation that from my balance Rs.30/- deducted, but it is very unethical & what is the reason behind that. I need help in this regard.
