Sub: Complaint of Rajasthan State Roadways Transport for not compensating me for their deficient service.

Sir,

With reference to my under mentioned complaint with the CMD, Rajasthan Roadways Transport Corporation, Jaipur, I am very sorry to inform you that in spite of lapse of my several emails and in spite of almost 2 months from my original complaint with respect to deficiency in their services they have not even bothered to reply to my complaints so far. Settling the issue and making payment of compensation is a far issue so far. It implies the mind set of our Government Agencies and their attitude towards its customers and general public at large.

You are requested to please look intoi my below mentioned complaint and order the agency to compensate me suitably.

Dear Sir

With reference to above, I am sorry to inform you that my claim of Rs. 900/- is still pending at your end. It is really a surprise to me that you have even not bothered to reply to my email dated[protected] in spite of lapse of one months time and that said email was addressed to CMD as well as nodal officer of RSRTC. It implies and suggests the way of working of Rajasthan State Government offices and its departments.

You are requested therefore to please look after the matter and address my complaint to my satisfaction within next 7 days otherwise I shall have to take the case with Consumers Courts in Delhi to protect my rights under The Consumer Protection Act, 1986

Please note that this for me taking a small money in compensation is not a matter but it was a matter of deficiency in providing proper service from you in spite that I paid full fare to you in lieu thereof therefore I am entitled to get the compensation irrespective of all odds. You are requested to please send a DD of Rs.900/- in favour of Rakesh Agarwal at Delhi.

As your company could not provide proper service to a passenger, I request you therefore to kindly remit him back Rs.700/- he paid against actual bus fare and Rs. 200/- he paid against local transportation. I am not claiming the compensation as of now for his mental harassment and loss of work he suffered for next day.

I was travelling on dated 19/8/2012 from TATARPUR CHOURAYA to BEHROR. I forget my bag in bus (sirganganagar depot) Starts from Alwar around 6:00 PM & final depart to Sriganganagar reaches there at 5:30 PM. I phoned on[protected] Alwar depot,[protected] Sriganganagar depot no one pick the phone whole night.

Another Number I get is [protected] says passengers are sleeping & I too sleeping switched off the phone.

Jaipur depot [protected] says what can I do????. Enquire me after 6:00 AM (20/812).

Bus reaches to sri ganganagar around 5:30 AM (sri ganganagar)

Hi Concern,

This is an addition in the long complaint list against Rajasthan Roadways, i had cancelled one of my ticket which was booked online on dated 10-Nov-2013, and as per the written policies by RSRTC the refund of the cancelled ticket is being done in 7 working days.

I have followed up on the phone number: [protected], many a times. But i received no refund till now. They used to give very unacceptable excuses and used to say that "Ho Jayega". While speaking to the people, it seems that they are not aware well with the netbanking transactions, as they used to tell me that "pleases check your account" refund is done.

Respected Sir,

I am Lata Makhija. I reside in Sethi Colony, Jaipur(Raj.). Today (26th Oct 2015, Monday) while travelling via a Low Floor Bus Facility, Jaipur I lost my purse. i boarded the bus(LOW FLOOR BUS NO. 7 TRANSPORT NAGAR TO HIRAPURA BYPASS) at 9:30AM from the Transport Ngr. bus stop and got off at Ganga-Jamuna bus stop.

I lost my purse somewhere in between while on the bus.The purse was of Maroon colour containing Rs 15000 cash.

I request you to take the appropriate action to retrieve it.
I would be highly obliged.

Kotputli depot ki bus kotputli to agra, jaipur to rohtak, jaipur to chandigarh, kotputli to sikar kaha gayab ho gai. Govt jaan bujh kar kotputli depot ko barbad kar rahi hai. Shahpura depot ko aagi bada rahi hai. jab ki KOTPUTLI Depot bahut purana hai. shahpura two saal before banaya gaya. this is a gandi rajneti hai. Kotputli ko down karni ki hai. kotputli area ki janta parisan hai. dusari depot ko kotputli depot ki bus dejarahi hai. officers & nita sudhar jawo. Local rout par bus gayab hai. private jeep mi latak kar public ja rahi hai.
