Rajasthan State Roadways Transport Corporation — EXCESS FARE CHARGING

I booked 4 tickets on 11.05.2010 for travelling from Delhi to Jaipur by AC bus and paid Rs. 1600/-. The date of journey was 13.05.2010 and time 9.30 AM and boarding point IFFCO Chowk. But we waited till 11.00 but the bus did not turn up. Then one Volvo Bus of RSRTC came and we were told that AC bus was cancelled. We were offered seats in the Volve bus and had to pay Rs 600/- extra. I request RSRTC to refund this excess amount immediately as the bus was cancelled by them only and no prior information was given. We had to wait for the bus for more than 90 minutes in scorching heat. The conducter even did not return my original ticket but he issued receipts for 600/-.
