May be situation was worst when this complaint was first registered.
I own a flat in C block and moved in early Aug'09. I now am happy with my decision, RO water supply is good, maintenance office is in place and actively working on complaints, power back is good and arch. is good lots of lights and fresh air.
Some construction is in process but at the mall site not at residential site.

Raj Hans Apartments was once a deserted place when i moved here with my family. Like all small buiders, initially there were issues with the Raj Hans team as well. The builder offered free of cost electricity for nearly a year and everybody used that to their advantage by using the same at full throttle :). We got free of charge 20 Litres of Water since the RO plant was not operational.
Over a year now, the RO plant is operational, Electricty is in place from GDA, Power backup is charged at a very reasonable rate of 9.5 Rs/Unit. Things are improving as they have made a maintenance office and complaints are attended to positively. But their is no professional management system in place like Mahagun/Assotech and other good builders. Maybe the RWA which is already functional at Raj Hans will make things better after the project is handed over by the builder. Hopefully things will be better in sometime!

I am planning to buy a 2 BHK in Rajhans appartments Indirapuram, they have told us that the rate is 35 lacs (with 2 parkings) i would request you guys to guide me on some issues:
- Is the rate genuine?
- As mentioned by some of the residents that the quality of construction material is really disastorous, or the security is not good as promised at the time of purchase?
- Should I give shape to my planning or I should go for some another project?
Your suggestions are very valuable please help a friend of yours to be a part of this family or not...

No Doubt, Rajhans is one of the worst society of Indirapuram. I seriously doubt the credibility and integrity of people who are praising Rajhans in these comments. This may even be a handiwork of builder.
If anybody is interested in buying in Rajhans, first go and see the things yourself instead of believing these fake comments.

I have a 3bhk flat in Rajhans and staying there since 2011. There are issues in society after builder handed over the society to RWA and things are going for worse. Be careful and take your time to take a decision to buy or not to buy.
Heyy Guys... I disagree with the comments above commending Rajhans Apartments. There was a time when the situation was not good. But now things are improving very fast in this society. New RWA has taken charge and are working very hard to improve the works and image of the apartments. Everyone knows that the society is not good and that's why the prices are low in this building. But here is the catch... Since the prices are low, it may be the best option to invest as within 6-8 months face of the society will change keeping in mind the way RWA is working there and essentially will demand Higher price than the existing price in this society.
It is a good option to buy in this society right now if Investment is your purpose. It is guaranteed to give good appreciation in 6-8 months.
