[Resolved]  Rak Ceramics — Shade variation in premium quality vitrified flooring tiles

I am very much regretting to say this. I have purchased 93 boxes of 600X600 Abacs design Premium quality vitrified tiles from Angamaly(Kerala) dealer. When the workers started laying these tiles, we noticed colour variation in it. We have identified 5 different shades in them. The same has informed to the dealer. Your representatives from the factory has visited the site and convinced the facts. The shade variation will be noticed after fixing it. Then it is difficult to pull out. It will cause damage to the neighboring ones also. Thus we lost at least ten nos. of tiles. Labour cost, cement and sand are extra to this. I have decided to choose RAK vitrified tiles, because of the reason that I prefer the best for my floor. I have taken the premium quality itself for avoiding size variation, colour variation,damages,bends on tiles etc.,but third quality may better than this.
