Dear Sir,
Further to my complaint Ref. No.14552 dt. 5.9.11 regarding non receipt of Gas Cylinder, pl be informed that a little while ago the cylinder has been received by us. The delivery man did not have the weighing scale, hence we could not get the weight checked. Since we were in urgent need, we took the delivery. The cylinder weight appears to be around 27 Kg. It is suggested that the delivery man carry a weighing scale so that there is no room for any doubts.
