Ram Kumar Agarwala Jewellers — Not transfer My Amount in my A/c

I am running my jewellery business in Bareilly in the name of M/s Ram Kumar Agarwala Jewellers. On 2nd of December 2009 one of my customer has visited in my showroom and purchase of jewellery of 76000/-Rs. throw their card. On behalf of ICICI Bank Mr. Shailendra Kumar (Area Manager, Kanpur) has asked me to provide the Legal Documents, Vouchers, Satelments slips etc. which has been provided to him in duly time to time. After one month Mr. Shailendra was Unavailable tranfer my fund in my accoount. he told me to contact Mr. Sunit Menon (Head Merchant Services) for the further inquiry
Till 23nd of March 2010 ICICI Bank is unavaible to transfer my fund in my account.

I will be highly grateful to you if you considered my case.
Is I am elegiable of interest of my amount for the period

Sir thanking for the kind consideration. Hope this type of in conviniance which has not been reapeated in future from your bank. Plz transfer my amount in my Account with interest as soon as possible.
and take neccesary action against the relative Officers in ICICI Bank.

Thanks, I want to inform that I have recieved my amount from bank but I am not satisfy because my Payment is recieved so delay. so I want to relise my 04 months delay payment interest.
