[Resolved]  Ramagya School, Sec-50 , Noida — Misbehaviour from school's receptionists

Address: Uttar Pradesh

I visited the Ramagya school, sector 50, Noida today to get an admission form for my kid. I bought one for Rs 500 and after thinking of it & going through the prospectus then and there within 5 minutes, I decided not to go for the school.

So, I requested the receptionists there to take the form back and give it to someone else as I did not use that form at all. One of the receptionists there denied it outright, not even that when I asked I want to meet someone else, she even did not go ahead with that option.

Above all she even did not bother to behave properly with me. She told me to SHUT UP there in front of so many people. I would like to know what kind of instructions the receptionists are given about the way they should handle any dispute if arises with a student's parent or a prospective student's parent. Had I also behaved that way the matter would have gone worse considering she was a lady?

Seeing this I was more happy on my decision of not going for this school for my kid. I am writing to you so that you know what happens at your school's reception, how your lady receptionists handle any kind of dispute and how they behave with the visitors.

Thanks and Regards

I would like to mention the irresponsible and callous attitude of Ramagya School at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. Many people might not be aware about the school as it s just been opened in this locality.
The incident that I would like to mention here shows the worst quality of basic education and etiquettes reflected by their insensitive staff members and teachers. My daughter is just 4 years old and we put her with this particular school as it’s near to our place just for attending the summer camp. One day they took her to their main school in sector 50, Noida without informing us being the parents. As per normal school hour, she should have returned home by 12NOON where as they drop her at 2.00PM. When asked about the reason for the late, we were told that she was taken to the main school for swimming lessons. They didn’t even bother to inform the parents and even didn’t ask for any swimming costume. She was thrown into the pool without changing her school clothes. They kept her with the wet clothes on till 2.00PM till the time she returned home.

When we confronted with the center head (i.e. she is Shoumya) she was in denial mood and vehemently refusing to accept fault on their part.

I was just reading the blogs about the feedback on Ramagaya School and found many complaints against this school. I would request all parents to think 100 times before putting their kids in this 3rd grade school. The standard of this school is very pathetic and would never ever suggest anyone to put their kids in this school.

Any one from the school administration reading this feedback, I would like to challenge them to give me a call on my number if they have guts…meanwhile I am in consultation for legal actions and would be flashing this incident and negative behavior of the school staffs towards these little kids in print and electronic media….

Hi,
I joined Ramagya sport academy for swimming and I paid three months fees, on the very first day I saw a lady with skin disease was in pool and no body was stopping her, on next day morning I complained to the girl I paid money and requested to refund my money but what bad response I got that they will not refund and even they will do any thing will be doing post October. I am fighting with them to get my money so I can join somewhere else, this is a worst academy for swimming they don't have managed procedures also to Make it learn.

Regards
Shiva
