Dear Sir / Madam,

I am staying in Nelson Manickkam Road, Aminjikkarai Chennai. When ever if there is any power off then I will call the EB and check when will it come. But when I tried the Arumbakkam EB I never see such a poor service in my life. They never pick the phone. Always engaged. They will keep the phone and in the given mobile no also they will not pick, even if they pick they will not answer properly. Kindly take necessary actions.

Note: Previously I was staying in Virugambakkam, where the EB service was awesome. Even in mid night if there is any power shut down they will answer.
