On 10-Oct-2009, I had booked a new gas connection with a waiting no 5030 ( Elangbam Budha Singh) at RATAN ENTERPRISES, Kalewadi Phata, Pune. Every week, I follow up since last 8 months, still Ratan Enterprises is responding due to shortage of stock my number is still in the waiting list. They are not giving any time line, as my understanding 8 months is long time and need to have an inspection from the higher authority.

I have given the request for my second cyllinder 1.5 years back, but still i have not received the second cyllinder, Everytime i m asking for the second cyllinder they are saying that is not avaiable
At time of taking application that time they have given me the Booking number & next3 month you will get the cyllinder but still they have not given the cyllinder .
MY booking number is : D.B.C.- 18607 .
The staff & owner is very rough speacking, they are not talking to the customer always ignoring there concerns . this is really very frustrating to everyone those at=re staying in Pimple saudagar & having Bharat gas connection.
They are always selling the Cylinder to Private firm, those who sell the 3 kg & 5 kg cyllinder for 500 rs. these van is always standing in front of the Private shop which is near to Healing touch hospital near Pimple saudagar .
Request you to please help me out to get my second cylinder at the earliest .
