In the above said gas agencies only after 25 days only they are booking for gas cylinders. after booking also more than 25 days they are taking to deliver the filled cylinder. Using one cylinder for more the 55 days is not possible. I am having only one cylinder. I find it very difficult. It is not only my problem the each and every customer of this gas agency having the same problem. Kindly take steps to clear this gas cylinder deficiency problem. What are the steps we can take to get the cylinder .

Ravi agencies — Domestic Gas cylinder
Complaints:
1. Charging 400 per cylinder i.e about Rs.50 above the MRP
2. For additional cylinder registration, compelling consumers to buy some unwanted additional items at a very high price i.e. selling 2 litre cooker @ Rs 1500 extra. Otherwise making the consumers to walk in to their office umpteen no of times without any reason just by giving excuses after excuses.
3. Care the damn attitude of staffs towards customers for any type of inquiries or refilling etc.
4. In spite of higher price for refilling, cylinders to be picked up by consumers by their own arrangement i.e. not delivered at our door steps
