[Resolved]  RAVI park Hadapsar — Cheating and fraud bulider and staff

Ravi Builder — till we did not got the flats

We live in Kanyapada Goregoan east, Builder takes our land for slum development. He promise to us that he give us the flat and shop instead of our land and till then he shifted us in a temparary shiftings. he promise that he provide free water electricity facilty. many people got the flats.
we are shifted to in these shifting since 1996. builder say he give us the flats in two years but now fourteen years gone. In theses transis camp we face so much troubles.
Now the situation is he gives electricity from 6pm to morning 9pm. since last one year. sorry i m not fluent in english so want tell you hindi...
Log jyada hain aur pani sirf do ghante wo bhi boaring ka jise hum pi nahi sakte. pine ka pani rat ke waqt aata hai do ghante. roz kisi na kisi ka jhagda hota hai pani ke liye. Shouchalay (Letrin) ki halat asi hi ki aap dekhenge to aap ko ulti aa jayegi. har ek do mahene me koi na koi nai pareshani aa jati hai. abhi do din pahle ek notice aaya ki aa ke milo nahin to ghar tod denge. aur jab bhi ham milne jate hain builder khud nahi milta.
yahan ke 60% log north indian hain. Es samay 50% log apne apne goan gaye hue hain. kya ye sahi hai. Ek bhukha kutta jis tarah bhojan ke liye lalchai aanko se dekhta hai usi tarah yahan ke Log kahbi Builder ke chamcho ke aage, kabhi netao ke aage, kabhi police ke aage haath jodte hai. Par koi nahin sunta. aaz halat aise hai ki purane dost jab milte hain to comment karte hai ki jab tak tum log kanyapada nahi chod dete tum logo ki kismst nahi badalegi.
Main aap ka news channel kai dino se dekh raha hun aap ko dekh kar ek ummed jagi hai is liye ye khat aapko bhijwa raha hu. Aap se darkhwast hai ki ek bar aap khud hi muaayana kar Lijiye.

Yes I have also faced the same problem .this builder is very cheap and his assistance talk and behave like slums.construction quality is very bad.

My friend took apartment in the same society and right now he 's is really fadeup.He also got 5000 as electricity bill due to mismanagement of builder also i heard that large number of members didn't received electricity meters till date...

This builder is really a fraud.Not recommended.

This builder is really a fraud and its all team fraud.
still they not provide parking / Club house / swimming pool.
at the time of booking they told lots of good thinks, but till date not provided.
Its service quality was 3rd class.

the builder of ravi park is fraud and giving nonsense excuse for every issue. the building materail he used is not good as per the price he is taking for the flat.
the staff specially Purohit is a stupid person.

I do agree with you, i really feel we all together should file case against this builder and his staff.
Its everyones hard earm money we should claim for it. he should refund the car parking and other maintance fees with interest to all o[censored]s.
at the time of purchasing flat they said all covered car parking has been sold out, one year later i came to
know there are cover car parking availble.

He (builder ) should be penalised for the fraud.its not a question of you and me in future others should not face the same problem.
We should take some action on builder..

guys..dont worry...we all know jayesh jain n his compnay is fraud..but believe me the money which we have earned with hard work will not be diagest by him or his family..God is witness...I believe Jayesh and his family will suffer from lot of problems in future ..he will go in hell not after die but during his life..I dont know how deeply hungry this people are...its very bad that his mother and his father gave burth like jayesh jain and purohit, shindekar...all are madarchod people...simply madarchod.dont buy the properties over there...

purohit n jain r very good people the society is good n very attractive rooms r spacious we are very happy n satisfied with there services :)

I have booked the flat in this society, please update me about the rates offered by builder so that i will not be cheated.

Manish Shindekar is a PIGHEAD..He is an whithout a hole, so you can Imagine what kind of person he is ... Purohit is a person, whenever you talk to him you will feel that he just JERKED OFF 2 minutes back.Completely agree with the comments, Construction quality is Not all up to the standards.

A useless club house is going to be ready in few days.GYM Swimming pool are for show peace. LIFTS QUALITY ARE WORST. RAIL NOISES are in the premises. MR JAIN IS OBSTINATE/OBDURATE, he is infact a rustic fellow who has not seen the world.

Worst part is the workmanship and material used ..I suggest none to buy a FLAT here ..Dont RUIN your future.

Plus point, Electricity is okey, Water not much hassle, Serenity good.

all kinds of 'Jain' builders are fraud, it is all because of support from Pune Police, judiciary & politicians to all this kind of frauders & builders, they just get away with anything, it is not new in Pune, this Jain's are doing it since past, authorities are well aware of it, but they dont take any action.
people who suffers only will cry, who cares? so thanks for sharing information on fraud, will have to demilished confidence of Jain in pune any way.
will Pune Police look into Ravi Park issues? or people will have to take action on it's own?

mine is jain township, handewadi road, builder is absconding since last two years, do not purchase anything new in this property, hopeless water supply, no security & no society formation till date after 10 years of occupation, no conveyance by PMC yet.

HI All, I am not at all agree with this, i have purchased flat for own and had in all recommended 6 family relatives and they have all also purchased flats in this scheme. If anyone have doubts please visit scheme and see quality of construction and space they have kept for play for childrens and also do see spacious CLUB house. And we are not only booked flat for 1st time in all we have booked flat in there 3 schemes. Currently where i am staying in City area for last area for last 11 years is the bldg constructed by same builder. And i am very happy and satisfied with quality.

I have taken the flat in Avon Society, Baner, Pune. The society is developed by Phinix Yash Associates (office is located in Karve road). The construction quality in Avon is really bad and the builder took more than 3 years to complete the society (only 12 flats in the society). Also the builder did not gave the amenities (swimming pool, club house etc) as promised. There are some many leakeages in the new building. There are few civil and consumer complaints aganist this builder.

If you buy a resedential property with Phinix Associates, you will have many sleepless nights, guranteed. :). So Beware of this builder.

Purohit is very bad and manners less person. i thing purohit needs Sanskaar classes that he dont have sanskaar. And he also dont know how to talk with others.
