We are facing a lot of issues and discussed the same with builder and following are related incomplete work even after one year of puzzation
1. Open Parking problems,

2. Club House, community Hall and Swimming pool.

3. Sharing of water supply with Row House.

4. Main Gate :

5. Security and Hose Keeping

7. Water Leakage problem in Wing C and D

8. Lift Problems:

Jayesh Jain is fraud builder of Ravipark Hadapsar, after booking the flat he behave like he is the king of pune..I havent ever seen such a fraud builder ever..his staff purohit and unmarried shindekar(age45) are hero. After eating 5 rupees tobako they feel they are lions..they all dont have the manners how to talk to customers..

I dont agree... Ok you may you this experience...if this is happened they have to improve their behaviour.People are coming with their families to book or see the site. But I have very good experience with Mr. Purohit and Mr. Shindekar.
