Hi, I am Amar kumar nayak, residence At/Po- Kalai, Via, Arnapal, Dist- Bhadrak, Pin-756116, I purchased a plot in 2010 from SMR Infra Venture Pvt Ltd, Bhubaneswar near IIT Argul However the Builder is not giving me Possession, I have cleared whole money even I have deposited money for boundary and mutation. I am out of Odisha and trying to contact the Owner of SMR Madhav Chandra Devta many more time but they said me wait but 4 years gone my problem not solve. Please solve. SMR Infra Venture Pvt Ltd office is Gautam nagar. Please help me I am hope less

Approach police. Your problem will be resolved in few days. I had similar experience. I got it resolved through police intervention.

We had purchased a land by paying full amount also land registration was done 2 years back but Oricon Engineers, bhubaneswar, orissa not giving land demarcation just keep pending, when ever we are requesting for land position they are making every time new story. we very poor people discusse the matter with the police but we never got any help from them please suggest how we will get our land really the fraud in bhubneswar are too much govt must do some those fraudiness company in orissa
100% agreed.We bought a duplex from Citicon Engineers, Orissa 2 years back that was expected to be delivered in a year (Price tag was 40 lacs) from contract signing. They took money in time but are playing to deliver the house for the last 1 year. Neither are they picking up the phone, nor are they giving any suitable response. Stay away from these cheats (Antaryami Badu, A J Pattnaik and all their companions). I pray that all these crooks go to hell for enjoying our hard earned money.

I wish to thank Mr Muktikanta Badu and Mr. Antrayami Badu for the very professional manner in which they handled all matters towards the purchase of my plot in their company Citicon Engineers. Their coordination and active client management skills stand up for good appreciation and my experience from the start stage of prospection till final end delivery of the plot was a delight. Overall i am left with a nice feeling on this entire transaction with Citicon Engineers team.
I 100% agree with the comments of Mr. Tumi Mahapartra what Mr. T. Mahapatra facing same this also me facing since long time (December, 2006) but unfortunately I am not origin from Bhubaneswar & due to my private job I am in out of orissa state & my old age parents+ Brohters used to requesting for land possession but those people of Citicon : Chairman, Amiya Raoul, Pattanik, Badu never care even their office security not allowing my partents + brothers to speak with M.D of citicon as I know God never sleep oneday citicon will be on road I pray to God because they spoil my entire life's hard earned money

Yes..I agree that Citicon Engineers is the biggest Fraud company in Orissa. They have taken money from almost all the customers and never give proper plot or house. I think that company should be sued and they shouldn't be given ISO certification

Smt Monidipa Kali is a greedy old lady. Her daughter could not pass +2Sc under CU.Her husband is jobless and was retrenched from William Jacks Company which was functioning at BBD BAG, Kolkata due to active involvement in Union Leadership.He was retrenched with the charges as it was learnt.Meanwhile Monidipa has grabbed our paternal property at Baranagar area with fraudulent signature from my mother who left us with a deep sorrow and could not bear the fault of signing the deed in the name of Monidipa Kali.Later she tried to capture the property at Kheput Near Gupi Gaunge under Ghatal District East Midnapore, WB which was the landed property of my Dadu Late Bijon Bihari Chakroborty.But here she could not succed.My father was robbed by his two daughters for their marriage and he had to sale the landed property at Puri near 18 Nalah area.She made a mistake giving an Ad at Ananda Bazar Patrika for her destitute daughter who is half literate and invited proposals from prospecting Grooms specially Bank employees that she had huse landed property at Bhubaneswar at prime location valued crores of rupees.Meanwhile her daughter got married a clerk. Soon after the marriage of her daughter she had to fulfill her promise and started dirty politics by giving petition to BDA, BMC, Consumer forum as a share holder and she donot know the area of the property has given false area in ad in a property site for sale with 2 crore. I appeal the consumer forum let Smt Monidipa Kali come at Bhubaneswar and identify her property at the schedule area under question. Actually she is fraud and people should be aware of this old mad lady who is running after money with falsity and false advertisement.
