Real Home Packers and Movers — Fraudulently Charged Rs. 2100

Recently on 23rd August I booked 3 household goods with Real Home Packers and Movers for transportation purpose from Howrah to Hyderabad. The owner of the company Mr. Subhas Mondal gave me a quotation of Rs. 7500 excluding insurance and when I asked him for insurance to be done he charged from me Rs. 2100/- but didn't provided any papers related to insurance. Instead he said that the same will be couriered to my Hyderabad address, but till date I hvn't received any papers related to insurance. When I contacted the owner he was not picking up my call and instead one of his employee picked up the call and said that insurance was not done for the goods which I have booked through them. This is a proper case of cheating wherein the person even after taking money didn't do the insurance of the goods and now he is even not ready to return the amount.
