I used rechargeguru.com to recharge my BSNL SIM Card on Sunday 27 February, 2011. I ordered this -
65 x BSNL On Demand or Custom Made Online Recharge. (RG-Excel-Online-Custom-Recharge). Recharge Type - Normal
I paid a total amount of Rs.74 via PayPal. I did not got recharge in 24hrs. After 24hr i got an SMS from BSNL that
Your account has been credited with Rs.65. Recharge Voucher successfully from OGUJ on 28/02/2001 at 01:36PM.

I checked my Balance but it was showing Rs.13.56 that means not balance was put up. I called BSNL Customer Care. They told me you have recharged for Rs.65 and have activated one Scheme. Then i called Rechargeguru office. This is what we talked

Me - I recharged my BSNL SIM with Rs.80 but i have been credited only Rs.65 and that too Special Recharge

RG - Ok. Give me your Oder No.

Me - I have them Order No. and asked them to please check it.

RG - Sir, You account has been rechared with Rs.65

Me - I wanted Normal Recharge but you gave me Special Recharge. I also wrote in Special Note about it that i want Normal Recharge.

RG - Sir, It's not our mistake. There is some problem in BSNL System. We can't do anything. We daily do many recharge but this happened only in you.

Me - Please do something about it. Refund my money or recharge my mobile with same amount i paid you.

RG - Why? Why should i recharge you mobile. You got Rs. 65 recharge. Now, pay if you want recharge.
Me - Huh? It was your mistake, you did Special Recharge when i told you Normal. Please refund me my money back

RG - If you want recharge, go to our site and order from there. We can't do anything now. It's not in our hand.

Me - Huh? I paid you for what i wanted. You have to give me what i ordered. No matter you give me Rs 500 recharge. I want that service for which i paid you.

RG - I am holding this phone, you talk what ever you want. I am not going to reply.

According to rechargeguru. When sale is completed, their is nothing between buyer and seller. Is this acceptable behavior of any Seller?

This is not true. If the error from rechargeguru.com staff we always re-do the recharge.

Also we have huge satisfied customers to whom we call and ask for confirmation of recharge
be it for BSNL or any telecom company.

Recharge is process where retailer do a recharge on customer request. Once done it cannot be taken back.
Also once recharge is done successfully what u will get is not totally depends upon retailer. So once recharge if customer feel some problem he/she has to contact there customer support.

Yes we help our all customers at maximum level but atlast real customer service will rendered by telecom companies.

In case you recharged your cell phone, DTH or anything through the Recharge guru and it didn't get recharged.

Don't Panic !!

The easiest way is just go to the Contact us option right hand side on the homepage or

go to above given link http://rechargeguru.com/do/index.php?main_page=contact_us

Then click on the "No recharge" and fill up the required information. Within 10-15 Minutes your problem will be sorted out.
