I also have simmilar problem i recharged my reliance data card with Rs. 200 and i got a balance of Rs. 2.32. I made complaints on [protected]@rechargeitnow.com. My Track ID: is [protected]. Data Card number is [protected]. My transaction id is 5182684. date:[protected]:06:16 PM. I made complaint on same day by email. and on contact form on 12 April. They never replied. They are real Fraud. Can any one tell me how to get back the money i had paid.

I have some experiences with rechargeitnow.com which I would like to share.
Its an advice to all customers, please read the terms & conditions and notes carefully. The website is not a fraud, it is ok, but the customer too should not be a noob.
On the right of the screen u will see the list of the MRP top up and special schemes and at the bottom of the page it is written as a note " plans have been provided for information purposes only. site does not take any responsibility in case these have been changed by the service provider. "
It is the duty of rechargeitnow to keep the list upto date atleast every week but they didnt, therefore, technically they are responsible even if they claim they don't. They are not fraud but certainly very lazy or shortage of staff. Now for a customer who want to be free from trouble, dont only look at the list of MRP but be very sure that the particular MRP is available by confirming from the retail outlet.
It happen with me once, I recharge Rs.49 for Shillong aircel number. It was a scheme of 300 unlimited SMS local & STD but actually I received a talktime of Rs.43 instead, I was frustrated. The sceme is already changed by NE Aircel but it is still listed in rechargeitnow till date.
Second advice, dont use net banking with your GPRS connection bcoz the speed is too slow and worst is you may get disconnected anytime while doing transaction & end up debiting ur account with out crediting ur mobile phone.
third advice, if the transaction failed and ur account has been debited, take note everything immediately, like TXN No., time & dat, amount, subscriber ID, username & email and then post them in rechargeitnow complaint page. I[censored]r complaint is geniune then they will refund or recharge ur mobile with the same amount, as it happen with me once, but they will not refund ur money in case u got the wrong scheme credited like my case of Rs. 49 above, though it is technically their fault.

Even I tried to recharged my airtel number [protected] online through rechargeitnow.com using my SBI internet banking for amount 200 rupees. After the amount of Rs. 200 debited from my account but my airtel limit did not increase. I enquiried about by customer care but no success.
I think this AIPL is a fraud company and fooling around people. So be aware from these cheaters.

I recharged my mobile number [protected] twice on 10-Apr-10 with the amount 777 and it failed both the times. I received mail conforming the failure but the money is not refunded yet.

recharge it now.com is good site but tarriff mention is not updated...i have recharge with 39 for sms pach and recharge with 39 but night talk pach which change my plan of per sec to 50 paisa per mint which i dont want and there are saying it cant be change...naveen tripathi

But the recharge was not done though the amount of Rs. 100/= debited from my bank. I made complain to them as per online form vide track ID- [protected] but no response. I have recharged from www.rechargeitnow.com towards my Tataindicom mobile no:[protected] of amounted Rs 52 /- on 7th of May 2010. Actually i have did Topup of Rs52/- but the plan has changed from Re1/10min to another plan without any itimation .

i tried recharge my mobile through rechargeitnow.com on 16.09.10 & they successfully deducted payment from my bank account but till date my mobile has not got it.... But no action taken for the past 15 days even though the terms say that the complaint will be solved in 7 days. Moreover there is no email id / phone number of the company in their website.
