RechargeItNow.com — Amount not credited

Hi,

My name is Shinu and I had made a payment for my airtel digitalTV account ([protected]) via rechargeitnow.com website on Jan 6, 2012.

I didn’t receive an error message after the payment confirmation, and when I checked with the bank they confirmed that the payment has been debited from my bank (receipt copy attached).

However, my airtel digital tv account was deactivated the next day morning as the digitalTV team confirmed that they have not received the payment from you rechargeitnow team.

Inspite of wirtting couple of e-mails.....I've not received any phone calls or information from this A** S***** about the payment made.

I had to re-pay to get the airtel DTH activated.

PLEASE DON"T USE RECHARGEITNOW.COM....They need to be thrown out of this market and google search engine itself. For the rest of the people to be safegaurded...
