Hi,
I have recharged my idea prepaid account at 11.05 AM by Rs. 185.00, but i have not got any balance.
Still balance is showing 0.00 and amount 185.00 has been withdrawn from my savings account.
I complaint about this through site and got Track Id: [protected].
But sitll waiting for refund.
I am also thinking if rechargeitnow would not refund in more one or two days i will knock the door of consumer court to punish such sites owner.

Rechargeitnow — money not refunded
Dear sir,I am Vinay Babu from Goa. I tried to recharged my tata photon no. [protected] twice on 28th May,2011 and once again on 30th May,2011 but all failed. Each transaction was for Rs.850/-.So total Rs. 2450/- was deducted from my account. Later I got email from rechargeitnow.com stating that my amount will be refunded in my account within 7 days but now more than 15 days have been passed I have neither got back amount in my account nor any further communication from them. i again wrote escalation report in their customer care section of website but till date no response.
please sir look in this matter becoz 'Recharge it Now' people are ignoring my complaint now.

i am using relince network last 2year but now this time i am not satisfied i am recharge date of 29-02-12 recharge amount 150 but 133 rs received but promo balance is not received i am 2-3 time forward comp lent but problem is not resolve. i am calling your customer care saying to him. i am revived your sms through 52811. on date21-02-12
if 150 pe 160, 134ka core 26 kapromo
your cc person saying me this sms for only gsm service. and cdma service stop this recharge. but my mean consorne is that if this recharge is stop in cdma why is forward this sms is my no.([protected] cdma) plz. resolve this problem.

• Mobile/VC number recharged
• Name of the mobile/DTH operator (e.g. Idea, BPL, Dish TV etc.)
• Date and exact/ approximate time of recharge
• Amount with which you recharged your mobile/DTH
• Transaction ID of the recharge that failed
• Name of Payment Gateway
• E-Mail used
We will start looking into the problem as soon as you provide us the above mentioned information.

I tried to recharge my mobile [protected] for rs. 150. for some reason the recharge was not happening.
I continued trying little did i realise that every time my credit card was being charged. Later i found out from credit card bill that i was charged Rs. 150 each for six unsuccessful trials. Total amounting to Rs 900.
I raised a refund request with below details on May 18 2009:

Its been more than a month since i raised the request but still my money has not been refunded.
this is day light robbery of customers.
If i do not get a refund soon i am planning to approach Consumer court. I will see to it that they pay heavy fine and also no one ever uses their site again.
