I have recharged my mobile [protected] using internet banking facility provided by ING Vysya Bank, Banjara Hills branch using user i.d. [protected]@rediffmail.com fron portal rechargeitnow.com on 04/02/2011.
amount Rs55/- has been deducted from my bank account without successfull recharge.
now plz refund the above amount as soon as possible

with all due submission and respect, i wish to say that I recharged my mobile no. [protected] through rechargeitnow.com on[protected]:44 PM. but due to some technical error it got failed. I received failure email, but the amount 100 rs has been deducted from my account. According to there policy they refund it with in 2 business days but its already gone 15 days i haven't received my money. i have requested many mails and but they did't give any response. details are given below

I tried to recharge my Airtel no. [protected] twice for Rs. 333 from rechargeitnow.com on[protected] the money got deducted from my debit card account and no recharge was done.After the successful payment from Payu gateway rechargeitnow page showed an error has occurred and the amount will be refunded.
They have mentioned in the refund policy that the refund for failed recharge will be done within 2 working days but its been 4 days and the amount of Rs.666 (333+333) has not yet been refunded.I have also filed a complaint through the form provided in the website and then I got the Support Ticket for failed recharge that is[protected].
