[Resolved]  Refund — Refund of cancellation through TDR Form

Res Sir,
I have reservation tickets from Dausa to Aburoad and boarding at Jaipur dated[protected].The fare of the ticket was Rs-257/- and The train from which i have to journey was Ashram Express and the shedule departure of this train was 8:40pm. But due to unavoidable circumstances i have to cancell my tickets. first i waited in que from 4 'o' clock to 6 'o' clock at jaipur junction's main cancellation counter. When my number comes the counter person tell me that u r late go to main ticket collector office. then i met to the officer (main ticket collector) he send me to the window no. 10 where refund after cancellation has been done. I waited in que for a long time then the same story rise, the counter person refused to cancell and to refund the amount. He told me that the computer is not showing the detail about my ticket and again send me to the main ticket collector office.I didn't understand that the centralized PNR system of world's largest and great railway department of our country was not showing the detail. It was around 7:45 then i again go to the main ticket collector Then he instruct his junior to fill up the TDR form and give me a blank TDR form with the seal of The Chief Commercial Manager (Claim), DRM office, Jaipur. Then I fill up this form same as the junior officer fill.He told me that your refund will be posted by cheque to the address written by me.
Three months has been passed but still i didn't receive any cheq ue or DD. Please tell me what i have to do.

I had booked three E-tickets from Ahmedabad to Jaipur and Vadodara to Jaipur. However, on the date of journey, it was understood that the train was running late by 18 hours. I filed an online TDR, which has been approved by the Railways. As per rules the refund is supposed to be made within 90 days. But it is more than 5 months now I am still to receive the refund. I have made N number of STD calls, but to no yeild. I think railways wants to use my money without paying me interest. It is the most hopeless department in India.

My Sister had reservation from Amritsar to Mumbai Central and boarding at saharanpur dated[protected].The fare of the ticket was Rs-665/- and The train was Golden Temple Express . But due to non-confirmation I have to cancell her ticket. first I waited at the counter I booked the ticket. When my number came the counter person told me to go to boarding station to cancel the ticket. then I went to the saharanpur counter. There I was told that You will get the refund after three days and will have to come again otherwise you can submit the ticket at the roorkee railway station and will get the refund by moneyorder. Then I filled up the TDR form .He told me that your refund will be posted by cheque to the address written by me.
FIVE months have passed but still i didn't receive any cheq ue or DD. Please tell me what i have to do.

refund — not yet received my refund of A.Y.2007-08

I have submitted my return for A.Y.[protected] on 06.09.2007, but till today I have not yet received my refund for the same.
After lot of enquery the Income Tax Officer says that you have to subimit cancelled cheque for MICR code
I have subimitted cancelled cheque as well as copy of Bank Pass Book on 02.04.2009 the officer says that refund should be process within a week but till now I have not got the refund back

We did not receive refund for our ticket cancellation our cancellation trip ID- [protected] and the cancelled PNR is- [protected]. Need a response ASAP.
