I would like to pay your attention on the following, to re-issue of my passport. but still I don't received. Already I given a complaint letter regarding this, but there is no any action prompting agianst my problem. Please see the below given a copy of my complaint to Passport Officer

Respected Sir,
With reference to your letter no. cited above, I would like to pay your attention regarding your kind notice of surrender passport due to “Show Cause Notice” against Passport No. E-5865589 dated[protected].
That I have surrendered with the “Oath Letter” Vide No. 32/18/05/2009 issued by Arwal Court Bihar on Regional Passport Office, Patna dated 22/05/2009.
That I would like to pay your attention, I make that Passport for job in foreign country due to the lack of job in India and also I want to go Saudi Arabia for Haj-O-Umrah. But I cannot apply for Haj-O-Umrah due to re-issue of my Passport.
Therefore, I am praying and humble requesting you to re-issue my Passport within short period a time as soon as possible. I shall be obliged for this.
