Reliance Autozone, Ambience Mall — Faulty product , no refund

I bought battery booster and charger and car seat masaager from reliance autozone in ambience mall gurgaon.

The product was faulty, both of them.

The retail outlets people accpeted the fact, tried to replace it, had no repalcements, refused to refund the the money product.

It has been three days since then, no calls from them, no basic decencies, no refund.

Thats the policy, which the retail joint follows.

Auto accessroies shops, in karol bagh and lajpatnagar are far better than these gaints.

At least your greviences are adressed immediately.

they also make me speak to gentleman from relaicne retail Mumbai Mr. Surinder on his number [protected], but this gentleman also tried to convince me, that "we accept the product is faulty, we accept that we cannot repalce it, we accpet hat it is wrong, but we cannot refund your monies, because we are relaince and we dont refund.

Can somebody adress this issue, they dont have website, or any contact info surprisingly

Lodge your complaint in www.core.nic.in, It's a government body which handles customer complaint and i[censored] don't get any result there then file a complaint in consumer court.
yeah...even i also purchased car perfume worth Rs 449 frm reliance autozone ambience mall. It was smelling gud in the shop but jst stinks like beer in my car. They accepted the fact but did not replace.
I jst throw tht perfume & it seems karol bagh will be better option now, even for other car accesories also.
Now i have a BIG question about the quality of product sold by reliance in other areas also.
The fault is totally on the part of the purchasers. Seems you guys live in some wonderland. The Ambani family slogan: Mere papa ka sapna; sabka maal apna"
you must address this to the consumer court. or simply send all the stuff in the name of anil/mukhesh ambani.
its always recommended to approach your vehicle dealer, i think nobody in the market is going to return ur money once you buy part however they should get the part replaced for you, ...aur delhi mai sab chor bhare huwe hai ...karol bagh lelo ya lajpat nagar ...

This is problem with all the products of Reliance i.e. in communication, big TV ANYTHING RELATED TO RELIANCE, MY EXPERIENCE IS WORSE.
