[Resolved]  Reliance BPO — Negligence of My Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hold this ([protected])credit card for the past three years but I never misused for any cause.

First I have never used this card for any purchase or loan nor for any claim. But ICICI Lombard and its team played a brilliant role in spoiling my name and usage.

Secondly, Complaint No's [protected],[protected] registered @ ICICI Lombard. But not even a single person or an officer called to redress my issue.

Finally, I feel ashamed that ICICI Lombard cheated me and put lot of mental agony and still I haven’t recovered from it.

Today I feel not to trust ICICI BANK for any cost since I have received a statement to pay Rs.16, 785 against my credit card.

I request to cancel my card with immediate effect.

I am using HDFC for the past 5 years done lot of transactions but till now neither complaints nor dissatisfaction.

But ICICI troubled me a lot. I agree if I used this card for any good purpose I will pay it but why should I pay when I am not using it.

Private franchisee really damaging ICICI brand name but giving false commitments...

Every Month i am getting calls pertaining to make payment which is creating lot of tension since i havent used it.

Please take necessary action and do the needful.
