I have bought a 499 plan. I was told by reliance dealer that by taking this plan i dont have to play the first 3 months bill. 2 days back somebody from reliance came to give me the bill for payement. I told him come tomorrow beacuse i am not supposed to pay it, that guy dint turn up yet and on top of that my INTERNET CONNECTION IS BEEN DISCONNECTED.
I am facing so much inconvinience by getting my connection disconnected. If this is the way reliance satisfy customer then i would like to take this matter to the higher management. Its about puttin all trust and waste of HARD EARNED MONEY.
I need a prompt response on this.

I start using reliance broadband from 2nd june 2008 and I got first bill in month of july for 2nd june to 23 june 2008 and in that bill they claim that for 3 min usage i downloaded 800 MB data which is impossible at speed of 2mbps. I complaint many times but they are doing nothing just calling me to pay bill.
on 20th august 2008, they bar my connection from there side.
when i ask they said pay bill then your connection will be restored.
i asked them give me correct bill but they are doing nothing.
in month of oct, suddenly i got bill of rs 7800 for month of august, in which they mention that i use internet from 1st sept to 10 sept 2008 for rs 7800. if my connection is barred by them n 20th august, then how can i will downlaod data from 1st to 10 sept.
after my several complains they are doing nothing just sending me bill again and again.
I dont know what to do with such bad billing service and bad company.
they dont have any office there nodal officer does not reponse .
