I got a plan of reliance netconnect. They say to me that the speed of the data card is about 3mbps but there is no speed like this i got the speed about 150kbps this is not fair so please a want to request you never buy reliance plans

Bhosdi k reliance, never solve the net problem, if i submit the complaint for internet it never takes action and i m waiting n waiting... waiting... and then i abuse so much to customer care. when i want to do any thing in net - it always take lots of spam & due to this i become a patient of headche, i dont know why these type of BC's always take place in reliance broadband in prem nagar kanpur. i think so reliance is

Reliance is having the worst support services, from past one week i have logged 4 complaints about not have net connectiviety but no resolution .
Reliance Broadband — Broadband connection not work
hireliance broadband connection is not working at my home. so i call up tall free number at least 9-10 times, they only give answer it will done in next 24 hour. but the don't do that.
Reliance Broadband — excessive bill
I am regular user of reliance broadband. I am a hone user & have a plan (256kbps / 1000MB) / per months & my regular billing so far has never gone beyond Rs. 300/- + tax. This is minimum monthly commitment & I make sure that my usage never go beyond the same. In fact my use is much below that. To my surprise my billing for the month of July was 1543/- . I can never imagine to have this much of bill amount as I hardly use internet at my home. Moreover till date additional usage of Rs. 1075/- is also showing.Please guide me how to come out of this

I have called up reliance customer care services for atleast 10 times and visited their office at HIMATNAGAR and lodged a complaint related to my service for not working. They are not able to identify or either rectify the problem yet. The service from a company like Reliance is so pathetic which no one could expect. I was promised that if there is any problem it would be solved in an hour or two not beyond that. But this time they took more that 4 days and my net is still not working pls take action against this comapany if you can

thanks for alerting in advance. i was about to go for Reliance. I too struggling to get good speed internet at home since last 1 year after shifting at hadapsar gadital. tried tata usb internet and ended up spending money for waste.got bsnl after long wait. again lost heavy chunk of money for bills of 6 months ranging Rs.[protected]pm for higher bandwidth plans. convervted into 256kbps/Rs.750 unlimited plan 3 months back but actual speed is only 15-45kbps. apart from that frequent disconnections/ non attendance of complaints for more than 10 days are the most common things for our sarkari babu culture. this is shameless in a country like India who claims to be the major IT player in global market.

They took 500 rupees for installation charges and promised that connection will be given within week max. Executive has collected the money in mid May month, after two weeks they said that they have some problem with the connection and there is no facility to give me the connection and said money will refunded after 45 days. By now it has been more than three months I did not get my refund. I called them many times for my own money but always keep telling you will getting the money with in week and now they are not lifting my call itself. The person who has taken my money is Mukesh (mobile# [protected]) and he is in charge for my area.
They have given receipt/acknowledge for Rs 500 and its number is [protected].
I have found this site as last hope to get out this junk reliance. Can you please help me in getting out of this.

Have myself tired to lodge a complaint as the broadband connection is not working since15days. The call center representative are to say the least untrained and expect to mouth platitudes like welcome to reliance and please wait or we have referred the complaint to out TECHINCAL DEPT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE FOR OVER 15DAYS.Since 15days every day it has been my job to call them and raise some or the other complaint and also iam facing frequent problems like limited or no connectivity and that phone will not WORK at all. IAM FEELING SHAME TO CALL U PEOPLE EVERY DAY AND ASKING FOR SOLUTION I HOPE U DONT HAVE SHAME AT ALL. And representative they DONT have any MANNERS, DISCIPLINE and top of the that DEMAND. i have installed broadband connection on 17/09/2009 through Mr. Amit Kumar Sharma (Executive). when i talked to the executive for taking a connection, i was told that, i have 2 desktop, so i want two lan connections.
he was said, yes sir i will give you two lan connections, bole aapka jab ek jagah install ho jayega to mai apna technician lakar karwa dunga. pls aap company technician se ye baat mat kehna ki hume do connections chahiye....
but uske baad bhi unka koi response nahi aaya, aur maine unhe bahut baar phone bhi kiya, but unhone phone receive nahi kiya...aur thodi der baad phone switch off kar diya, ultimately mujhe naya switch (800/= rs) lena pada...abhi bhi aaj (28/09/2009) mobile switch off hai...kyunki unhone kaha tha ki sunday ko mai karwa dunga...
please give me immediate response, otherwise i will take hard step against tata indicom and your executive (Mr. Amit Kumar Sharma)...
give me full money of switch...bcoz this is not my problem....
