Reliance Broadband+ / Huawaei Ec1260 — connection not maintained properly

i am new user of reliance.the product of reliance broadband+ is not work properly when i connect a network it is not connect properly if it will connect and a few minute its automatticaly disconnected.
kindly send a person and solve my this problem .i am this thing in a seals man and verification person who come from reliance office .please solve my this problem immediately other wise change my product
