Reliance Broadband Service — Erratic Service

The Reliance Broadband and Telephone combined service that I am using for the last around one year has given me more harassment than satisfaction. Every other day either the broadband or the telephone goes dead. The company has established franchises in different cities, including Ajmer(Rajasthan), where I live. These people are least bothered about complaint redressal. They are concerned with only making money by seling new connections or 'recharge coupons'.

As the last communication for my complaint I am pasting the e-mail I sent just now:
NOW IT IS MORE THAN 32 HOURS THAT THE PHONE IS DEAD AND THERE IS NO ONE TO ATTEND TO MY COMPLAINT.
Dear Mohan ji,
It is more than 24 hours that there is no response from the local office. The phone is dead. It is every few days that either the phone is dead or the broadband is dead or even both are dead. I went to the local office which is closed, may be due to sunday. For an essential service like telephone and broadband to be out of order for hours on end and there being nobody to respond, it is a highly pathetic state of affairs. If you cannot manage the services it is no use trying to harass the customers. Why should I every other day go on requesting my tel. & Broadband services. If I had been given this information right in the bigining than I might have not got this connection of yours.
I request you now, under the circumstances created by your own staff, to please refund my initial depossit of Rs. 1500 plus the balance remaining as on 08-05-09 and disconnect the service immediately. I called you also three times but always there was "No Response" and your caller tune of 'Masaqualli...' I had to bear.

Dear Mohan ji,
I went to the office personally and lodged the complaint, which was written in the complaint register by Shri Shailesh himself. He promised that the complaint shall be resolved by 4P.M. As yet there is no response at 6.40P.M.
It is for your information and further necessary action. On 06-05-09 also when I lodged the complaint and which you yourself had written, the phone and data line were corrected at 10P.M., thus I could use the connection for only 2(two) hours out of possible 24 hours in the day, whereas paying for the full 24 hours(1 day).

In these days people shall not go with only the company name. I want a efficient service which is available to me 24 hours a day. My complaint should be attended immediately, with due respect and consideration. I am 60+ of age and I shall not allow them to make me run after them for providing me tel. and Internet for which they are charging in advance. It is their system of franchises, which is letting them down. The Rel. Care service is also not o[censored]se as they also refer to the local franchises, who is irresponsible as far as complaint redressal is concerned.
Either they provide me the service regularly or refund my all balance and advance deposits so that I may switch to another Internet Service Provider organization(ISPO).
I invite Reliance Communications to respond.
After 54 hours the phone line is restored. This is hell of inefficiency. How can a user of Telephone service cope up with this state of affair. Pay in advance for some service that you are not using??
