Reliance Broadnet — Termination of account not done

Hi,

This is biggest disappointment, that such a big company and so low standards of customer service.
I have gave a request for temination of account in september 08. After that I receives call that I need to make full & final satlement. I refused, since after the final bill payment, since I have not used their services and already has request for disconnection. But to my surprise, i got a Legal Notice.

Please look into the same and the get same resolved.
