Hi Sir/Madam,
Myself Vikas Kumar Singh,complained about power cut of my FLAT(FLAT NO-166,SEC-1,POCKET-1,DWARKA,NEW DELHI-110075) ON 12th May around 3:25 am that there is poer cut of my Flat only ,I got an Reference from Reliance sustomer care executive 1041,i was said that my proble wiill be attended within 45 minutes,i again call around 4:45 am ,i was said that wait for 15 minutes Lineman is on the way,but there was no Line main.I again call around 9:00 am,the reliance customer executive said that he is putting my case with high priority and i got a reference number of 2082,and it was said that i will get the call from Reliance team.But Madam/Sir almost 36 hours has been passed away but i have not got a call and no one has attended my problem.In betwwen that i have call Reliance BSES customer care every hour and the every hour there is same response we are investigationg our case,u will get a call.
I have been mentally,physicall,financially harrased by BSES,hopefull for positive action from your side
