Sir, it is very sorry to say that i have recharged on that mobile no- [protected] as tarrif for the calling at the rate of 3 minutes for Rupee 1/- and added that this plan has been running successfully for the time of beginning but either by unfortunately or by the inadvertently by the staffs of this communication, it has been stopped and new plan already been started on that number at the rate of per paisa per second. I tried many times for the same on that customer care no but replied sorry i cant revert the same and it will again start from 22 February 2013. Therefore, you are requested to kindly look in the matter seriously and resolve that problem so that again i can enjoy the survice at the rate of Rupee 1/- for 3 minutes. This kind act will be highly appreciated.
