I am completely dissatisfied with the poor reliance broadband service .After we had bought the service all of a sudden our connection was at first disrupted. When we went to them they say that address verification is not complete just because they lost the documents we gave them .After we give them the documents afresh for some days the connection was up. Recently we noticed that the high speed is changed to 1X when we are paying for 3X .Reliance only speaks high of its service when ultimately it is useless.When we call them and ask at the customer care we are told that the address verification is not done so the speed has been changed to 1X and that we are now required to go back to the reliance office with the documents. What kind of service is this??? Address verification is not the customers headache. It is reliance responsibility to do the verification first and then provide the customer with the connection. They do have an acknowledgement receipt stating that they have received the documents. How many times are we required to give them the documents.For having lost the documents it is reliance responsibility to call us and send someone at their end to collect the douments. We are not deemed to be running around behind the reliance guys. Just because we have taken your service doesn't mean you guys can always keep meddling with the service telling us your stupid reasons .If my connection is not restored to 3X speed by today I am not going to keep quite I will see to it that I take serious action about it .As the reliance guys are telling us to go back with the documents to the reliance office we are not fools to be doing it every time. See to it that the high speed is restored to 3x by today or else the consequences will be worst.

    I have obtained one temporary Reliance one card No.[protected] from Reliance fresh Saraidhela Dhanbad about 06 months back. Till date I have not received my permanent card and my card is shown as hot listed. Points of my purchase have also not been credited in my card.

      Hi All,
      Recently Reliance India Mobile has launched Unlimited Free Calls Plan for Rs.299. which is big plot to cheat its customer. According to this plan you will get only 30 mins Reliance –Other Networks and 90 mins to Reliance – Reliance. They don’t mention about so called “Fair Usage Cap” plot anywhere when they send SMS’s. When I called customer care rep he says we can call Reliance – Reliance and there will not be any charge. But when I went for 299 plan on the very first day I realized that there is some thing called “Fair Usage Cap” for R2R also!!! When they deducted Rs. 40 (extra 80 mins) from my account for exceeding “Fair Usage Cap” of 90 mins. This is the latest way to cheat people.

      I request all of you please double check Reliance India Mobile offers before you go for one.

        i am using your Reliance No [protected] with your connection i am facing so many problems i am very disappointed with RELIANCE's service i boutht it 4-5 months ago for SMS purpose but from 1st day start my suffering visit till date still problem not resolve now when i am going to start connection there is coming "sim card registration faild" without any my fault my services are barred is there is condition that you are giving lots of problem with "NEW CONNECTION"

          Hello Sir,
          My self Ranjodh Singh. I have complaint with my reliance gsm number , [protected]. Actually, i have network problem , anywhere , most of the time when i do an emergency calls to my friends or anyone else. So please solve it.

          2. My second problem is about wrong balance deduction. Before 4 days I had Rs 38,and that was deducted, without any reason.

          3. I had recharged with Rs19, for 1 paise/mgs, i got confirmation mgs of recharging, but i have charge with 0.50p/mgs , and mgs are not send till.

          4. I am not connected with reliance gsm customer care, i always dial *333 for it . but there is no proper response from customer care.

          Please solve these problems.

          Reliance GSM Prepaid — wrong charges deducted by company

          i undersignee anand panchal residing remote part of gujrat, amgaonroad, dhodiawad po:sanjan ta:umergam, dist:valsad using rel.service last 5years and also ex.coporate employee rcom now im running retail of prepaid &postpaid of rel.product having demo of gsm service no.[protected] which i made rcv of rs.110 on 6/8/09received 200min.in return .as my usual routine of feecall to rel.no i made many calls on rel.no including only 4to 5no. of other gsm in which i had used rarely 20min .my habit of chekingbal amnt. i found my free mintutes of 200min.wrongly deducted by yr.system so for i called 4times to c.c.*333 & *399 too 5times respectively.bt i regret to inform im quit disappointment of poor service by yr.c.care inspite geting solution both told me to call eachother.im mentally harresd a lot.so.pl.solve my issue as customer on early basis as my rel.call are get charged by yr.system.as a retailer i had also sold gsm card which also get rejected in no. specially 95 series inspite of free replacement of gsm card in umergam taluka distributor cant find blank gsm for rendering service nither support from yr.local representative of company R.mishra as they told us sendto customer at miniwebworld vapi for that. now tell us if all such headache has customer have to takewhyhe rel.gsm service for putting himself in trouble while here compitetor sold free l.t.v card for aqquiring new bussiness.also ppor network of gsm service nobody listening 4 that.so hope u higher authorty notice that and solve to my issue of me & customer whos new gsm card get rejected without using single rs.amnt.pl.note one of them[protected] taken a month ago card act sucessfully and run 2day regulary so i advised cust, to make frc of 201rs.to get 275t.t. benenfit bton next day card get reject withouht any reason.frm that day to till date no solution frm yr.system of manager to get solveor replace.for yr. kind info.thisnt only single cases thers huge lot of card rejected which cust. lost his rechare bal. .nobody care response or solve.how can we consider yr.firm as 1no. service provider?hope fast solution

          Reliance Communication — SMS not delivering but balance reducing

          Respected Solution Authority,
          I am a daily costumer of Reliance CDMA service. I have activated a per paisa sms plan of worth Rs.11 per month. But when I send sms, most of them may delay by 3-4 days and many of them not deliver. I send more than 200 sms per day.
          But my balance still reduce. I reported a complaint to Costumer Care Representatives. They gave me 2 days time to solve my problem. But today is 6th day and I m still going on with the same problem.
          My complaint no. given by Costumer Care Representatives was[protected].
          I hope the CONSUMER COMPLAINT Authority will not to my complaint and they would sort out my problem.

          reilance communication GSM — wrongly deduction of my money from balance

          Dear sir,

          I have been charged Rs 11 wrongly from my balance since last three months. in january i have received message from the centre that my sms 1paise pack has been renewed even though i have not activated it i went to the center and asked for resolution but not resolved than i stopped the scheme from the centre. Again in februrary same problem occured i complained then they refunded me the money but again in march i have been wrongly charged and again i complaint and no resolution has been granted and inspite the representative acticvated the scheme and stopped than again i have been charged with rs11 he told that this rs will be refunded but i got no refund.

          My total rs 33 has been wrongly charged and i have been in problem since 3 months because of this wrong deduction of my money. So please look in to the matter personally and resolve the issue soon. Inconvenience caused to you is regrected.

          Reliance GSM Prepaid — wrong charges

          The numbers are under the name of Shabina Pathan.


          On July 16, number ending with 215 was charged for the 99 for mobile internet pack but the service was never activated. Later I recharged both the numbers with the mobile internet pack for 99 from Nerul Navi Mumbai Reliance store.( the numbers are there in their records). We received the message of confirmation on both the numbers. Later in the night, I called customer service on 198 and was informed that the mobile internet pack is not activated for both numbers.

          So we have been charged for internet on both the numbers for the whole day inspite of get the mobile internet pack activated.

          the total loss and refund liable is -


          99 - extra mobile internet pack charge made on number ***215

          60 - internet charge on ********576

          50 - internet charge on ********215


          Total - 209.00


          Kindly inform abt the refund back to any one or both the numbers.


          Also been having this problem of recharging for mobile internet pack for 9 every month as stores are unable to recharge for it for one or the other reason. also no body can provide accurate information about the mobile internet pack recharge way..


          I have been using reliance for a long time and also have a netconnect plus account with you but I am getting frustrated with these small issues as I have been informed that the mobile internet pack has to be done from the reliance stores only.


          When the mobile internet pack is over after 30 days, reliance sends a message stating that your request has been recorded and services will be activated soon..... but there was no request made.... there is a system fault for all these..


          Keep me informed abt the refund

            Recently Reliance introduced Special Tariff voucher for Rs 299 saying that Reliance on-net and off-net calls unlimited absolutely free, but when checked in their site says on-net calls to Reliance CDMA is free but On-net calls usage policy reads as follows,
            "Fair Usage cap of 2700 minutes will be applicable on the On-net calling to prevent any abuse due to commercial use." which means an average of 1.5 Hours or 90 Minutes is the maximum per day usage
            Off-net calls usage policy reads as follows
            "Non Commercial usage cap of half an hour per day would be applicable for Non-Reliance calls.
            All Non-Reliance calls beyond 30 mins/day will be charged at 50p/min".
            I recharged my Reliance prepaid number with this special offer on 7.5.2010 with a Main balance of Rs 100 and simply start talking as usal (previously i was using Rs 249 Jaadu 249 for unlimited on-net usage- really useful one) to my surprise when i check my balance on 14.5.2010 it was only Rs 0.46. When i asked the customer care representative he says "your main balance is nill and hence promotional voucher didn`t worked, recharge with a minimum topup so that your special tariff will be activated" but i demanded him saying Main balance was Rs 100 as on 7.5.2010 and how come special tariff didn`t work but no proper response from him. After 15 Minutes of this conversation i received a message saying your promo R-R balance (HH.MM) 2600, R-Other Mobile (MM.SS) 30.00, which means they activated only after the complaint. Very poor customer service and fake promo offers

                I'm holding Reliance GSM Post-Paid Mobile service bearing the Number: -[protected] which has been blocked from making outgoing calls.

                Tried calling the customer care no: *222 but the whole day nobody pics the calls. Tried *333 and after many tries they again transfer the call.

                Sent mails to Corporate Center ([protected]@relianceada.com ), Raised a feedback in the site and also mailed the service assurance cell ( [protected]@relianceada.com) , Nodal Officer (Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com) and appellate authority (Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com).

                I received a call from Bombay with Karnataka's Nodal Officer Ms.Kavitha in loop,where Ms.Kavitha promised to send an executive to verify my address and close the issue. I have given all details of my address and contact numbers.

                But seems the executive dont know the address.I even said I'll pick him up and take with me.But nobody turned-up.

                Could anybody help me so that I can screw this team.

                Your help would be greatly appreciated. I have all mails etc which I've sent.

                  I have placed a request to redeem my reliance mutual fund over 2 month now. After 15days when I called them. They said my address is not proper. So I submitted documents to correct my address. Now they are saying they already send the cheque to my new address, but they were not able to locate it. I received all my documents, statements/certificates to this address every time on time. But reliance people are not able to find my address. very cheap reason. This was told to me only when I called them. No one from reliance Mutual Fund calls me to communicate anything. Only when I call there is some activity. And that evening I get a call from Reliance. Finally I asked them to send it to one of their offices near to my place of stay. But that seems to take much more time. If I were invested, I would have made another 3K at-least. Also the cost for me to run to reliance Mutual Fund office and make long STD calls has make this investment loose its value. This should be refunded by reliance Mutual Fund. You deserve a penalty for playing with peoples money.

                    Don't Go in the name.It is opposite-:)
                    I bought a new Reliance GSM card 1 Year Ago.
                    As soon as i bought the card I sign up to National do not call Service.(DND)
                    And Here is the result
                    I still get unwanted marketing calls and SMS from the same number itself
                    I think this comapany is really poor in terms of customer satisfaction
                    10 times I logged complainant to Customer Care that i receive unwanted SMS and Calls from all over pune and other states also
                    You will Shock what the call Center executive says!
                    You did not receive any call or SMS from this number
                    This is reply to my complaint.
                    Does I am mad?You think I am fool?I given both the number to call center.i.e. the message center number and the marketing person number.
                    This is really bad Service in India(Poor GSM Service in India )
                    Second problem that and mobile SIM card or mobile holder did not like at any cost
                    Call any number from Reliance GSM between 7 PM to 10 PM
                    You will never able to call between this time in PUNE
                    When i bought the card and asked about this problem they told that we do not have sufficient towers or network at this time and soon we will insert towers in pune within 2 months.
                    Now more than 1 years passed.Same result.Never get connected.
                    I suggest all the Indians,buy any SIM card;but don't buy Reliance Card
                    It will harm you and your health

                    I am a customer of Reliance India mobile. my Mobile no. [protected] .I don't want the service call from Releance GSM mobile ,i complained about this to customer care service 2 month before . they ask me they will deactivate the service from their side within 45 days . Now 60 days gone till they are not deactivete this service ?

                    Another complain about Reliance GSM mobile service

                    They are doing own work not follow to company rules. they automatecally activated Caller Tune, SMS pack, Miscall alert and shariya pack. why .... Why..... customer are not intrested in this thing.
                    but company making money doing this things. so many people suffer from this things.

                      Hi,
                      i am staying at Balkampet,Hyderabad. I am unhappy with the way I am being cheated....
                      Since I dont have any other service provider in my area i went for reliance broadband internet connection.
                      The executive guy took 350 rupees for installation charges and promised that connection will be given within 2 days.
                      Executive has collected the money on 29/04/2010 of last month, after two days they said that they have some problem and
                      cannot give me the connection and also said money will be refunded in 2 days.
                      But it's been a week now,I did not get my refund yet.
                      I called them many times for my own money but always keep telling you will getting the money with in week and now they are not lifting my call itself.
                      I am a new customer to the Reliance interent.and I am extremely unhappy by the way I am being cheated.
                      I want necessary action to be taken against the person so that customers like me need not bear the trouble and also my charges to be settled.

                        I rechaged my Prepaid reliance CDMA([protected])on 10/05/2010 with 599 , they gives free RIM to RIM STD services upto 1 month as well as 30minutes free for other network/ day.But I regularly charged day by day, They wrongly charged upto now 52Rs.I also logged complain to customer care (complain ID[protected]. Plz reslove the issue as soon as possible.

                          I Rajneesh arora r/o 106 model gram used reliance fwp [protected] for atleast 4 years......In march 2009 i disconnected my such connection & requested the authorities for my refund of security money of Rs 2500 as paid earlier in advance.......despite my many visits to related authorities I cannot get my money back "YET".....

                          So, you are requested to contact authorities & ask them for refund of my MONEY as "EARLIEST"........

                            This is in reference to my bill payment which I have made in the month of November 2009 for amt of Rs.2000.00 through the RCOM IVR BILL PAYMENT SYSTEM (Through phone). After following up for more than 3 month with you Services Assurance Cell, I still don’t have any solution of the same. I have clearly said that will doing the transaction on the IVR after inputting the card details for payment there was a system error and hence I could not get the transaction reference nos. I have already provided the proof of amount getting debited from my credit card account on 10/11/2010 amt Rs.2000.00. Till date I have not received the credit of same either in my RCOM Account nor in my CC Account. As per confirmation from my CC Bank the amt has been paid to your CITI Bank A/c as the payment gateway used by RCOM is the same. Also all the time when ever I have forwarded a mail to you services assurance cell I have received a standard reply from them. You can check the trail mails below. I am sending you my CC Statements along with this mail from Nov 2009 till April 2010 for your reference. I have also visited you RCOM outlet which is at Borivali West, Chandavarkar Road and have also asked them to look into the matter. They also have forward the details to concern department and had assured that I would receive a call back by 29th April 2010, but I haven’t received any response yet from your end..



                            I hope this time I would get some answer and not a standard reply from RCOM.

                            I have been making two mobile bill payments through one cheque for more than two years now. this month when did the same the company credited the entire bill amount to the first number i.e[protected] as a result of which the second number outgoing services are barred. when i spoke about this to the customer care department they asked to make second payment to the second number i.e.[protected].
                            this incidence have occured twice before but was resolved by putting repeated pressure on the customer care department.
                            The checque was issued on 5th May '09 against two mobile numbers; they are
                            1) [protected] bill amount Rs. 1076
                            2) [protected] bill amount Rs. 774
                            total amount Rs. 1850
                            this total amount was credited to the first number mentioned above on 6th May '09 at 18:16:33 IST
                            the cheque number is 292815, bank name: Citizen Credit Co-Operative Bank Ltd, Dadar Branch, Account name: Max Effect

                            Reliance has been repeatedly showing this kind of inefficiency and customer dissatisfaction.

                            Kindly do the needful to help us get justice at the earliest.

                            Due to sm net problem the first payment made on 11/11/09 was not credited immeditely.

                            But on 13/11/09 when I saw the payment history it was credited 2 times.

                            Now what shall I do?

                            I am doing the follow up since last 4 to 5 months for resolution few queries raised earlier, but the customer care is providing vague responses (3 times) without addressing the actual issues and itself marking the statement that “All issues are closed”.

                            I have also done the follow up with RCOMNODALOFFICER.MH for resolution of the queries, but I think he/she is also keeping mum about this and there are no responses/action on the raised long pending concerns. The SLA time as agreed in the mail i.e. of 2 Days is also not followed/met. PFA the mail communication regd. same for reference.

                            The subject line of the mail is "RE: 'ADAG=[protected]'Reference your mail". Request you to take appropriate action for the resolution of the queries raised/listed in the mail (Pls. go through the entire mail for proper understanding).

                            I have taken one post paid connection in Reliance Communications, in no month they are raised near 6000 bill, that time i have discussed with costmer care they are aggreed for payment of 4000/- and that time i have given cheque for rs 4000 and request also given to the executive, but next Reliance people sent one more bill to me pl pay the balance amount, that time i was asked one more executive that people pl pay1000, i will cleared this bill. but till now also that bill was not closed, again they are raised same issue. which have taken 1000/- last time he given on slip post paid connection closed & prepaid activation but now the people quostining to me again bill payment. pl suggest for further proceedings.

                            Hi, I am satish mishra holding Reliance COM GSM service with no.[protected] which was my corporate connection & now converted on my individual name in the month of Dec 2013.Previously connection was in my company name & Company was paying all dues on monthly basis but as per new regulation the connection needs to be in individual user name only. As per process I have given required documents to reliance in the month of Aug 2013 but after submitting all the documents I have not received any communication from RCOM side whether the service converted on my name or not.

                            When I have done the followup with RCOM, they have not replied anything. In the month of Aug 2014, I have received sms to pay the due of apox to Rs. 15, 000/-. I have called their customer care, they replied that the connection was transferred to my name in the month of Dec 2013 & Bill generated from that day.


                            I am not understanding when my connection got transferred to my name in the month of Dec 2013 why am I not informed about it ? Why was montly statement not sent to my mailing address or mailbox?


                            Now they have cancelled my incoming & outgoing services even though I have being paying my monthly dues from Aug 2014 because from Aug 2014 I am receiving my monthly statement so, I am paying on time.


                            I would like to complaint against RCOM for not giving any information about bills & information which is required to know by client.


                            request your help in activating my service again due to this I am using other GSM service which is very expensive for me & I am paying extra there because that's not corporate connection but if RCOM will not resolve the query, I am force to use other GSM service which currently I am not willing too.request your help for the same.
                            I have brought a Reliance 3G Dongle Mob no : [protected]. The reliance agent told me to use it for 2 days to check if network is working fine in my locality.I have paid 3000 Rs in advance . After checking the network i returned the dongle as it was not working. I have got the refund money in couple of days. But still i am getting bills from reliance to pay or else they will send a legal notice to me.

                            I don't know what to do. Worst service . Pathetic company. Never buy anything from this company.

                              i am vishnu mundadha, purchased reliance prepaid sim (number;[protected]) on last week of april and submitted all the papers at reliance web world near by marathahalli. still i am waiting to get it activated by reliance. i submitted all the papers required by company twice to a concern person Rossi at reliance web world. I am expecting a call for my interview and i dont have any other mobile number and when i called to customer care, they are not ready to register my complaint and as per rossi, the document is allready sent to the headoffice for verification. nobody is ready to tell me how much time it will take to get activated. i already mentioned this number in my C.V. so i cannot change my number also

TO MAKE UP ITS LOSSES, IT HAS STARTED CHEATING ITS USERS BY FIRST DEDUCTING A FIXED AMOUNT FROM THE PREPAID BALANCE AND SENDING A MESSAGE THAT SUCH AND SUCH SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED OR REACTIVATED WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE USER.

                                BEWARE USERS OF MOBILE SERVICE. IT IS TIME TO PROTEST AGAINST THIS TYPE OF PRACTICE BY RELIANCE TELECOMMUNICATION.

                                      Automatic subscribtion of CRBT service has now become the raising issue for reliance mobile communication.
                                      They again has automatically activated the CRBT service on my no: [protected].
                                      I m not really happy about all this and this is shamefull for Reliance Service Providers that inspite of so much daily rising complaints , they again and again doing the same cheap mistake.
