Reliance Communications — Network problem from last one month
I am not getting any tower in my Area that is Dilshad Garden A pocket.i have complaint so many times but didnot get any proper response . whenever i have complaint regarding network they told that ur complaint is under processed...how much time taken they didnot tell me... Yes Shankar I am fully agrred with.Getting RIM means having troubles.Even I had one RIM CDMA handset in my home town in WB.There the situation was like that every time I had to make a call I had to go to th roof.Even the situation got worse day by day & even in the roof also I used to get half network.
And regarding to the customer care, better not to say.They will promise you like ministers before the votes, and simply give you a complaint no, of no use.From there side you would find the issue to be always resolved, but practically they do nothing.

My name is Mathews Mathew, Employee of 3M India, chennai.I applied for a post paid reliance connection from reliance web world, adayar, chennai. The shop manager was very much co-operative till he collected the advance security amount and activation charge of Rs.500. Then he never give up a good follow up and still i did't get my connection activated.Our team of 15 persons had a plan to take up reliance post paid connection and due to the irresponsible service being provided by the store manager we have now plugged into vodafone, My humble request to the authorites is to make up a quick arrangement to return my 500Rs.clinic — stagnant sewer water
I m a resident of new janki puri, budh bazaar road, uttam nagar- 59., would like to inform you that there is clogging of sewer water on the main budh bazaar road. The sewer water is coming from the opposite street as there is no connection made by few houses with the sewer line ...the sewer is also overflowing and whole water gets collected on the road side. everyday the sewer line of opposite street is blocked and the water is spilling and collected in our street.a bad smell is spreading everywhere and there is also a risk of malaria in the vicinity.if immediate action is not taken it will cause a serious problem in our area .sir i request you to please do the needfulat the earliest as it is difficult to do our daily work.

Reliance Communications — MARKETING SMS
Sir, Inspite of my mobile no. [protected] is registered under NDNC and DNC, and several request to the company still I am getting marketing sms regularly from Barclay card and Easemytrip. Please help how to stop such sms. I had wrote to Reliance custmer care, Barclay cards and easemytrip also but no body had taken any action to stop such sms.Thanks.
RELIANCE(CDMA) — FOR CLAIM
reliance CDMA mobile service don't give me 100 Rs. topup, which i won in contest and not giving appropriate answer about my problem. i have won the contest on[protected] and after wining contest i have got a message from reliance CDMA mobile service the message is "congrats you have won the contest TOP UP 100 will be done with in 24 hr '' and i have complain to reliance customer care in[protected]. and after complain i am not satisfied. i am contacting customer care many times and my complain number is[protected] . i hope you will solve my problem immediately. account balance of my reliance GSM number [protected] has been subtracted by Rs.30 on monday without any conformation .please send my balance back
Reliance tata handset — no reply from customer care
I m Akshay from Surat.My reliance landline(wireless)handset's charger is not working.So i lodged a complain to the reliance customer care on 30/7/09.They said the engineer will come and replace the charger.But today till 9/8/09 none of their engineer has come and given us the charger.M facing so many problems because my landline is not working since 9 days.This is a very careless thing and a very very poor service.Am not at all satisfies with reliance.RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS/ POST PAID SERVICE — RELIANCE EMPLOYEES WORK AGAINST THE COMPANY IN CHENNAI
Recently I introduced 15 Reliance mobile phones, numbers [protected] – 60, and other 5 numbers to contact the parents from school and vice versa. This was given to us by rELIANCE staff Mr Freddy [protected] and he has taken Rs 600 per phone and gave this serial numbers, showing that he is an high influential officer in reliance communications.One month we enjoyed THE service. But from the 11th instant the services were cut and there was a message sent from reliance, SUCCESULLY SUSPENDED. What for we do not know and our efforts to resume the service from 30336363 do not bear fruit. We are not able to reach this number from BSNL, Tata Indicom and Airtel.
Kindly instruct us what to do and do the needful to resume the service.
While Tata indicom and even the Government services try to keep the customers with them by sending reminders why yor staff in CHENNAI CIRCLE work to reduce the number of customers for Reliance? Are they working against the company taking an amount from other companies? Be cautious.
Help me to restore the connections.

complaining regarding the WLL Instrument was not working and facing problem to contact my own family at time and day to day talk, and have made the complaint to your customer care with toke no.[protected] with Person Sudhir Vaghasia on 07.07.09 and told there should be shortage of instrument, and i have to visit frequently the communication centre doors are closed from where i have buy a connection and have no idea what to do, so pls help me in this case, hope will provide the way as soon as possible,
I am very much disappointer from your service/ and being testing a patient of customer .,
or other wise i have to withdrawn from reliance connection.

Reliance Communication — Instrument in Warranty period not replaced
I have got reliance WLL (walky) connection. As per the procedure I visited to service centre and that service centre provided the job sheet to replace the existing instrument at Reliance Web World from where I have bought the same.However the Web world is do not know the procedure. I am Continuously following up with those people, But not got any response for the same.

Reliance India Mobile — complaint against its handset and poor response from the dealer.
Dear SIr, i purchased a mobile from a reliance outlet- Reliance communication, 77b, block e, new alipore, vrindavan building taratalla, kolkata-53 my mobile was in warranty when it stopped working, i went to this outlet to ask for a service center address, they gave me a wrong address(somewhere near hazra in kolkata) after so much of pain i went to the service center there i came to know that this servie centre is not taking reliance phone since last 4 months, i dont know why your people gave me a wrong address. i went back to the reliance shop n told them about it, they told me to visit reliance webworld, i asked for a number of reliance webworld as calling web world to know a address is much more convinient than going there, but they didnt give me the number. i went to the wbeworld from there i got address of 2 service centers. i visited the 1st n from there i got a negative feedbak as they were not taking classic phones anymore. then i went to the 2nd service center which was my last hope. for the first time i got a positive result for all my inconvinience, that service center checked the mobile n gave me a JOB SHEET with DOA and asked me to go to the outlet from where i have purchased this mobile along with the box n get a new handset from there. i went to the reliance shop at taratalla, they told me to collect my new handset after 4-5 days or hardly a week, since i was not a resident of kolkata i thought to wait for 4-5 days than to come again for collecting this mobile. days passed on n afetr 8 days they said it will take a week more, the expenses which i spent for staying in kolkata was much more than the price of the mobile n even after that the mobile wasnt in mt hand, then i thought o return back to ranchi as staying in kolkata was very expensive. now its more than a month but stil when i call them they ask for 1 more week. now you tell me what should i do? i spent about double of the mobile price, suffered so much of inconvenience but finaly m standing at the place from where i started n the scenario is worse, as they r not giving me a tentative date, just asking for 1 week, thn again a week after that n so on.. kindly look into the mater n do the appropriate mobile details- classic-703 s/n- RLOHSCOO3076756 mob no- [protected] date-10/05/2008 Reliance communication, 77b, block E, new alipore, vrindavan building taratalla, kolkata-53 phn[protected] cash memo number-863my frnd had a similar problem with same phone in bangalore,
but there he was given a new handset on the very same day, reliance is not hiring classic phones anymore so he was given a LG handset of about same range.
thats also reliance n this is also reliance, thn why cant they do the same.
