[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Reliance Communication — Unwanted deduction in my prepaid connection

I am possessing Reliance Mobile Handset (Pre-paid) and my cell No. is [protected].
I have been receiving SMS such as :
1. Your Health Pack has been auto-renewed valid till 15.01.2010. Charges Rs. 30 for 30 days.
2. Your subscription to style service has been renewed on 30.11.2009 for Rs.10/-

I have been receiving these type of SMS in my cell for more than an year. I used to contact their Customer Care Centre, who used to promise me that this will not happen again, but they deduct my money as usual.

When this happened in the last year I CLEARLY TOLD THEM NOT TO DEDUCT FOR ANY SERVICE FROM MY CELL UNLESS THERE IS WRITTEN REQEUST FROM MY SIDE, WHICH THEY CONVENIENTLY IGNORE. Today also there was such SMS and I immediately contacted and repeated the same old story that THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

I spoke to their Senior Supervisor Mr. Sanjiv Singh, whom I contacted earlier also and he promised to look into the matter. When I requested for the refund of the money deducted from my account he straight away refused for no fault of mine. Last week only I spoke to Madam IRISH in this matter who also promised to look into the matter.

This not the only once but many times my money is being deducted like this. My request not to deduct isi falling on their deaf EARS. Due to this unlawful/unethical continuous deductions I am frustrated. When I informed them if it continues Mr. Sanjiv Singh told me that "Do whatever you want".

I therefore earnestly that the matter may be taken up with concerned Company to iniate suitable action against my complaint for refund of the amount so deducted.

My Self Shrish Awasthi and have received some bad type of sms from reliance mobile user and call also i want please closed or make a police call and trace that user because he always make disturb me at night or morning so i am very held up so if you have some solution please help me and what i do for take a necessary action .

I wish to bring to your notice a case where i have been a victim of fraud and forgery at one of your RELIANCE Mobile Strores details of which details are mentioned below.
On 26th Feb, 2010 I bought a Coolpad S100 CDMA set from this store after being assured that I could connect to the internet using this set. After I bought the set and was unable to get connected, i brought it to the notice of the dealer at this store.
However to my shocking surprise, they did not seem much interested to help me out. Instead the behavior was such that it was my problem since I had bought the set. After a heated argument, they took the set and promised me to refund my money once the set was sold to someone else. They still gave assurances that they could get me connected using this set.
Two days later, I inquired about my refund, again a shocking surprise they did not seem too keen with my issue. Neither did they resolve my problem of getting connected to the internet, nor did they refund my money. Ultimately, after a big heated exchange, I had to go back with the set with me empty handed.

Now that i feel being a victim of fraud, I am planning for a FIR against the dealer. However I hope to get a positive response from your side so that such extreme measures can be avoided.

Reliance Communication — activate some services in my GSM connection

I have a reliance GSM connection on my friends ID ([protected]). i am use this number in utter pradesh because i live in NCR and there i uses another connection. They detect 45 rupees from my balance, but when i call customer care they says me you activate two services charges (30+15) rupees and we don't refund those rupees, when you want to deactivate we do it. At that time i did not say for that and i call to customer care in 25th march for deactivate these services and they says me within 24 hours your services deactivate. after two days they detect 30 rupees from my balance. again i call customer care and they says you activate caller tune yesterday 3 pm and deactivate in 5pm.

Both time they says you activate services but i were not activate those services
i want complaint this complaint in consumer complaints forum.

Reliance CDMA — funpack

To whom so ever it may concern...

on 7th of april 2010 i made a coupen recharge for my reliance cdma cell no. [protected] and the whole day i made a call hardly of a min or a rupee... but the next day when i wanted to call to my frnd i got to hear that i hav just 4 rupee balance in my cell...
i called to the customer care executive, he told me that that balance was cut for the fun pack,.... but that bloody funpack i had never subscribed,,,, n he was not givin a fruitfull response.... i asked to transfer the call to the higher authority n i talked to him n he also was not ready to fill back my account with that money which i never used n of which i was not aware of...
if at all i will not get a positive response i can go legaly tooo...

reliance communications cdma mobile — auto deduction of charges for the service which i never asked for

sir i have a cdma pre-paid connection from reliance communications at jaipur.4 days ago i received a message showing that Rs.30 has been deducted for a voice chat service from my prepaid account balance which i never asked for.i called up at the call center,they told me the query will be resolved within 48 hrs and gave me a service request number. but still my 30 rs has not been credited in my a/c. its not the matter of rs 30 . its a matter of cheating that the company has deducted the amount even seeking my confirmation from my a/c.please look into the matter ...

Reliance — cutted out extra money in every month

DEAR SIR, I am frusted about your reliance customer care because remaining every month my money cutted out in my balance .I am complaining more &more time plz sir look after my compain and solve my problem so sharp. my It no is ([protected] friday 16/04/10 time 1.30 PM) this is my mobile no [protected].this mobile only use by me &this is very unfotunatly your customer care blame u r activting but this is not fact.
we want to draw your kind attention that we have purchased a reliance netconnect broadband on 19/04/2010, but since, after passing the five days, there is not action has been taken for activitation at the reliance system end. the dealer is M/s. J.K. Associates, 3/4 Ramte Ram Plaza, Distt. Center Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad, who came in our office to sell the USB data card namely Mr. Dharmender moblie no. [protected]. when i dailed to Dharmender every time he is giving me time after one hours will activate. and today morning mr. dharmender not picking - up my phone, there is reply.
Hence, i feel mr. dharmender a fraud, i have make a planning for a FIR agaist this fraud fellow. want to put a court case against this person in consumer court.

Reliance Communications — exchange of damage handset

This is to inform that i have been complaining about my hanset since 6th of may,2010.The Nodal Officer wanted 48 hours time for replacement of my phone.Receiving no cooperation from their side i again complained to the Appellate Department.It has been almost 1 month my phone is dead n whenever i call they either reject my call or ask for more time.And yet no engineer from reliance company has come to check my phone.MY COMPLAIN NO.IS[protected].

reliance communications wireless landline — account activation

I have to warn everybody other against taking up a reliance land line connection.

Its over a week now and my wireless landline account is yet to be activated. The hit-me-on-the head part of this whole episode is there isnt a single proper customer care to contact. The reliance world at bunts hostel seems to be the only ppl in this whole we world who are " on a duty and running out of time to do things"

The other multistoreyed offic, god himself doesnt know what ppl r doing in there, is another place you bette rnot be at. Yes, you are received politely and courteously. thats the only things u get. Dont think of asking for a refund. the following is what I have received so far:

- wait sir, I will call u back
- I am at a meeting
- there is server problem
- there will be coming somebody for checking your location
There is too much connections, so after 2pm, by 3pm it will be activated
- At night, it will get activated
- I will activate it from here, sir, please go home and check later.. at the bunts hostel office


Unless anybody want to do a service perfoemance check stay away from reliance @ mangalore folks

Reliance PrePaid GSM — NON REGISTRATION OF DO NOT DISTURB COMPLAINT

When I try to register on line my request for 'DO NOT DISTURB / CALL" services in respect of my prepaid gsm reliance No. [protected], a message is displayed "give correct number".

Now this is my correct cell prepaid reliance number which I am using for more than 3/4 months but I am tortured by innumerable marketing sms and calls.

And now instead of registering my request for DND or Do not Call services they are just displaying the messsage "GIVE CORRECT NUMBER"

It seems they do not want to regiser and continue to torture me as they must be earning a lot of money out of giving rights for tele marketing !!!!

My reliance prepaid CDMA no. is [protected]. The paid services have been activated without my request and 30 rupees per month deducted from my balance. Further, I asked the customer care, how the service is activate on my mobile without my request. The customer care representative replied that due the server problem the service has been activated, and the service will be deactivated immediately but the paid service still activated from last 2 months, and the charges has been deducted on my account from last two months. The customer care representative always said that the service will be deactivated but the service is still activated on my mobile. I request that the service is deactivated immediately.

I have a Reliance Netconnect data card which I bought to use internet. But I do not get any coverage in my house. I complained to Reliance and they said they will send their network engineer who will fix it. The network engineer called never visited my place just called me sitting 20 kms away from my place and told me that my data card has a problem. My datacard is working fine everywhere in the world except my house which itself means that datacard is fine. Had my datacard had a problem it wont have worked anywhere which is not the case.

Since then I am constantly calling them up and following up. Now it has been 2 MONTHS and still no solution. I have already wasted a lot of money on this. No one is ready to solve the problem.

It has shame on such a brand do to like this. On top of it they have a quality policy which says resolution in 3 days. Did I make a mistake buying reliance.?? Doesnt the company has any responsibility.
