[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

we are from mini rms as sai communication in durg chhatisgarg (shop no 17 patel complex padamnabhpur durg) we already inform about our problem but their are no response from your side .
their are no coopration from your employee side .their is no work satisfaction by cluster off side.if their will bo no solution we are not able to work with reliance.
your employees are talking very rough manner with our rms employee.they are not ready to listen our problem, customer problems are always pending.
now todays case is that we not receive next coming due date bill of customer and after many calling they inform us that all gsm mdn are completly mapped in other ciou with out our information,
we suffers so many problem but after many complaint no solution from your side.
your employees are interfere their personal problem with our bessines & they tell us about our target completion but they not suport for target, they never come in our rms only come at the time of bc closing & blaim us for non completion of target.
their are so many probleme like this we not explain all this complaint in this mail so plz when you read this mail reply me as soon as possible.
now i m giving the name of your employees who are talk very rough with us & some time black male us that we are not do your work .all the name of your empolyee are mr. sanjeev agrawal,

we are from mini rms in chhatisgarh, durg dist (sai communication) as ous previous complaint about gsm bill not received their is no response of that bills.its very difficult to face the customer for their bill & we provide them duplicate bill from our office.our gsm reprentative mr. dharmendra shrivastav give not response for this & when we contact them no response of our call.even cluster head is not help for this problem.mr. dhamendra shrivastav interfere their personal problem in our bussines.so we are facing too much problems.in our town office their is no person for listen our prolem so plz give any contact no for our problem resolvation or give contact no of bhopal office .request to you do needfull & reply as soon as posible & plz call back me in the following mdn.a revert mail provide in my both mail id.

Reliance are calling from [protected] and giving a miss called. When we call back these number automatically the caller tune get activated.

When we call the customer care and complaint abt this. Then we get a replied that u have activated caller tune. and they did not give back the amount which was deducted while caller tune get activated.
When i hve requested to issue my complaint no. then they told for this they will not give complaint no. Otherwise we should go to consumer court and shout out the case.

Now in this way Reliance are earning Money... Like a BHIKARI...

Guys plz care full about this.

Reliance Communication — Cheating by Tell caller

My humble request to you please help to me., Here not just money matter it's cause of totally fraud / cheating with user.

I had got a call from Reliance Comm. tele caller about the new scheme mix maja, at that time i am Refused that scheme offer immediate to him. but today's i am very surprised after the checking of my cell balance , i hav got deduct 49/-. then i am contact to Reliance Complaint help desk on No.198 , and coordinate with Mr. Nitin CSE he is not given satisfactory reason to me about this cheating then i said to him please tranfer my to your team leader. then after he is transfer my call to Mr. Rajeev Kumar Supervisor of CSE team, i explained everything to Mr. Rajeev about this cheating.
But Mr. Rajeev totally denied my complaint and give unavoidable excuse to like it's not complaint reason and i am not logged a complaint.

I have purchased a Reliance SIM card (Mobile No.[protected]) from the outlet near Ulhasnagar Railway Station and after two days the mobile got activated. After 3 days outgoing and incoming call has been barred. On complaining several times to the guy at the outlet from where I have purchased the SIM Card against the mobile got activated for 3 days and after that again it is barred all calls. I made several complaints to the person at the outlet from where the sim card has been purchased and also at the Toll Free number but in vain.

I request the concerned person at Reliance Mobile to take stern action against the outlet guy near rickshaw stand Ulhasnagar 4. Since these documents are misusing by the persons who will get my documents I have not other alternative but to make police complaint in this regard.
Reliance mobile have deducted 30 rupees balance from my GSM Reliance account number [protected]. I called your customer care number regarding this . They told that balance has been deducted for "Bollywood pack". They are telling that it has been activated from my end. But actually I did not activate any offer by calling or messaging Reliance.This happened on 24th November 2010. Your customer care people told me that it has been activated around 12:39 O'clock in the afternoon of 24th November 2010. I was launching at that time. How come it has been activated with out my involvement and from my end.I have not received any confirmation messages regarding this.

Reliance PrePaid GSM — SMS recharge done, not reflecting

I recharged my mobile with Rs 19 SMS pack on 9/12/2010 night.I got the message also that it has been activated. But I saw the amount being deducted for every message was 50 paise in place of 1 paisa.

I called Customer care several times.They are not properly responding and just saying .. there is no SMS pack activated .

It sould be taken care of if amount has been deducted from dealer also and confirmation message has come then why those people are saying its not activated.

clinic — legal advice needed

i work for an private clinic which deals with health and beauty care services. we had to sign an agreement/bond for a period of 24M and submit originals while joining and the role that was offered is different from what i am doing now. the management is consistently critisizing and using abusive language. there is no paid leave or extra benefits such as esi pf etc as an employee there is no sick leave also. if we take leave then gone for a toss. they treating like paid slaves. we should not consider family anything. we have our weekly off on week day but for taking that leave we have to beg them. i have completed half the agreed period but wanna get relieved from this place because they torturing these days.

i need suggestions as in how i can proceed further pls advice and i have just given an outline of what is happeneing it is still more worser in detail
pls advice/we have submitted all documents from 10th till post graduation our life is on a stake

Reliance Communications — Waiver request for service unavailability not taken

Hello,

I had experienced downtime for 24 hrs in reliance broadband services. I call customer service to provide me a waiver for the downtime. They told me that they cannot register waiver request until next bill is generated. When, I asked what date should I call back to register the request, they said they dont know. So, on one side they say they cannot process request till next bill generation date. On other hand they say they dont know when they can take my request. Now if I call back later and ask for waiver they will say that the bill is already generated for that period and they cannot take any request. They are purely fooling cutomers.

In email also I got similar reply:

Same reply I got 3 times, when I asked them to call me up or let me know when I can call to register complaint.

Firstly, they should take my complaint at the very moment. But if due to some reason they cannot, atleast I should be told when I should call up to have the complaint registered!!
We Excel Enterprises gave complaint No[protected] for our land line n 32542229 located at Laxmi, Bunglo No. 12, Progressive Model Colny, Waduwadi, Hadapsar, Pune 411 013, that while dialing any no. the phone is disconnecting and at the time of talking on any incomming call that time also phone is disconnecting. So your enginer attanded the complaint and changed the battery . After 4-5 days again we faced the same problem again we made complaint no.[protected] and same engineer attended the complaint and changed the receiver but the problem was not resolved and the engineer has closed complaint without our confirmation and spoke rudely that whether your complaint will solve or not that is not my problem I will get my salary so I have no problem that is very bad for such reputed company like Reliance. Again on 31st December we made compalint no 14439599 for the same reason and mentioned that reliance should give us another instrument as we are paying fr the same every month but till today i.e. 8th Janaury nobody has attended the complaint. If Reliance don't want to attend the compaint prperly we will stop this land line and find some ther option for our office.

Reliance communications -cdma and Tata DOCOMO — deducting of money without informing me or without my subscription

They have deducted Rs 30 two times witout infoming me or subscription. When asked they told me the amount will not get back. She informed me this booking is done through telecoler.

Modus operandy o cheating : One dy a lady called me and told me to read a message which will send after two days. After that they send me two or three sms of Some share- which i don't asked for and useless to me. They have started deducted the money rs 30/month.

2. Docomo number -[protected]

They have send me a message saying - your subsription of subpw is renewed- and deducted rs.10. But we have not asked for any service. then I called their customer care- They also don't know what is pw service. If they are providing any service they should know what it is.

This not the story of me. This service providers are earning crores of rs by cheating like this. Except MTNL all other service providers are doing this in various modes.

Who will save us from this telephone maphia.

Some rule should be there to stop this. Without writen or sms request - they should not start any paid service.

Reliance Communications — Complain about network problem from one year & more

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Amit Kumar Sharma from Patna, Bihar & I am a authorized IRCTC agent too. My mb no. is [protected]. I am suffering from network related problem in Shastri Nagar area from one year & more. Its actually network fluctuation, some times I get 1 network, some times 2 & some times full. Due to network fluctuation I have problem in Incoming Calls, all of my friends, relative & customers complains me that your number is mostly not reachable. Sir, without incoming calls is a mobile no is important?

I have contacted Reliance Customer Care & his senior officers from starting of this problem, they all gave me all time a new Complain No. every time & also contacted Nodal officer of Bihar last time but still my problem continues. I am harassed from this problem & I have huge loss in my business due to this problem.

Please check this issue from your end because its shame for Reliance Communication that says no. 1 network to yourself & it cannot solve a network related problem from one year and more.

on dated 8th Jan, 2011 i purchased a new GSM reliance connection no. [protected] from Mr. Vinit (Phagwara road, Hoshairpur, punjab). But till now he is not going to activate the sim (not submitting my proofs to Reliance). When i make call to him (His no. [protected]) he disconnects my phone or put my phone on hold. Now a days i am out of punjab so i am unable to make visit to him, he knows that, that's why he is doing so. I am feeling very disappointed with providing licience to such type of dealers by reliance. Please make action against him and provide me feedback at +[protected]
my phone no is [protected], reliance gsm service is crap, bull .they have no integrity towards client, they are smart robber, they have no. rule, they cut money without cause, when i try to call customer care they are giving argue "Application server Down" .they cut money as much as possible without any cause.
i am very angry on this bull service operator...
