hey what the hell i recharged my smart with 50rs three days from now and 30 rs has been deducted then again i recharged it with 50rs and the same happened to me ... what the hell man whats going onnn ...

I am fed up from your side from last 4 month. Without my knowledge your pack (Cricket pack, healthy tips bla bla ) automatically activated and deduct the balance of this pack from my balance even so why I want to activate this pack. Last month in April again you deduct my balance; even I have never tried to activate this pack.
Your employees are outstanding the way they gave the answer is really ...and blame the people.

i am a reliance user from the last 5 years ... but last year i bought one GSM connection too...and trust me on this that was the biggest mistake that i made in my life in telecommunication industry...on every new day they deduct balance from my account and whenever we make an effort to call them up they dnt even want to listen to us...all the customer care representatives are so busy with i dnt know what but obviously not with the customers complaints...they have a scheme called auto activated SMS pack...after the end of every month they deduct the MSG pack charges from my account but the MSG pack gets activated in 5 days...hah...wud u believe this...and even then they continued to deduct money from the rest balance...tell us frankly what you guys want...u want us to switch over to some other network or something like that...???
seriously you guys are wasting the money and the trust that people have for you...!

Reliance Communications / Reliance Broadband — No Network coverage and no response from the company for the same.
i have taken a Reliance broadband postpaid connection and there is no network that i get in Naigaon ( W) . Have registered so many complaints with Reliance customer Care. Everytime they give me assurances to resolve the same But till date there is no call or support I have received from them. The customer care team only can say "sorry". They cant do anything else. Reliance is just earning money out of this. Considering I have a postpaid connection im charged 750 Rs + service tax. They said one of their executives will come and attend to the same, till date that has not happended.they are not interested in customer service. This is the worst experience I have ever had.
I recommend to all that pls do not take Relinace connection whether mobile or netconnect .You;ll be in deep trouble.

7. Mr. Naganand Pandit did not consider that myself and my mother ARE STILL RESIDING IN OUR HOME FROM THE PAST OVER 35 YEARS.
8. I am a lawyer by profession and work as a Senior Associate-Legal Services at Themis Lexsol (P) Limited. As part of my duty, I need to go on site visits of our clients all over India and I was at Chennai on the date of Mr.Naganand’s visit.
9. Being a permanent resident of K.R.Puram, Bangalore City, I am pained to see the attitude of people like Naganad Pandit and the K.R.Puram Reliance Office in cheating the general public of their rights.
10. Hence, I request you to take suitable action against the culprits and provide me a post paid connection by conducting a re-valuation.

respected Sir/madam.This is my new no [protected] when we came in delhi about 3nov. after it reliance family cut the my balance about 4 times 50 rs. when we call the customer care all of them say technical problem in the system ..

The service offered by reliance is literally ridiculous. today morning itself i call the customer care to report a balance cut,accordingly the balance was refunded and again today evening i loose another 5 rupees of balance. this has become hell seriously. everyday calling the customer care and telling them the same thing. there is a limit to everything. how can the same mistake recur so many times? always i get the same response some stupid pack has been activated and charges have been taken accordingly. when i havent even applied for a pack how does it get activated? is this the way reliance treats its customers? probably this has been the 30 balance cut in my phone. i am fed up of this. i request the authorities to stop this nuisance and refund all my lost balance till date immediately and full a FULL STOP to this headache once for all. my no.
