Sir, i just brought the net setter from your customer provider and he was saying that if you have any problem them call me but now he is not responding his duty. nobody taking responsible about it so now my net connection disconnected due to wrong verification so you are requested to re-verification for the same. thanks. Reliance Communication Ltd — No action on the request for handset blank

I have submitted a request on to blank my handset associated withe Mobile no [protected]. I visited Reliance world store in Pune at Dhole Patil Road on 23 Jun 2012 and submitted a request theere. They told me theat I will received thee status by 25the Jun. But not received any revert on theis.Then I submitted a online request and mailed to reliance customer care on theis issue. after exchanging mails for several times no solution received on theis. Neitheer thee concerned person is taking my calls.

I have reliance prepaid connection number [protected]. During the last 2 years there was a credit balance in the prepaid balance for Rs.1, 900 approximately. Without taking any call during this period my credit balance of Rs. 1900 reached to a zero balance level as on 15th July 2012. Many complaints have been launched at the reliance customer care during this period. Is there anybody to answer where does the entire amount suddenly got vanished. The phone was completely kept switched off during the last 2 years period. Can Reliance prove any call made from this phone number and why the entire amount made to zero. Reliance is called upon to restore the credit balance in the prepaid account of this number or face the music.

I am using GSM service. My Mobile No.[protected](M.P).I had recharge of 39 for msg pack than again u guys cut my 14 Rs for the 2nd msg pack when we have one msg pack than how u guys active the 2nd msg pack which is 14 Rs plz refund the 14 Rs ASAP..

my reliance GSM mobile no. is [protected]. i have recharged maa no. with balace of 120 rs on[protected].
but today i just check maa balance and it is 6 rs only. reliance have activated few chargable sevicess on maa mobile.

but i didnt activated any prepaid services on this no.
its very disgusting to have such services frm reliance. i m fed of aal this. i have tried to contact many times to custmor care but ur customer care represantative cut maa call. i m very much depressed.

plss stop all prepaid services immediatly and return maa balance back.

otherwise i have to switch maa no to otther mobile company through number portabiliy.

Deduction of Balance without any information from your call center. i.e. VAS Mauj GSM

I am fed up fun pack from your side from last 2-3 months . This pack automatically activated and deducting charges every time from my balance even I don’t know the service of this pack. I had contacted to your Reliance gallery - koparkhairane, Called to your customer care lot of times. Yesterday (07.10.2012) i spoken with your customer care executive Mr. Santosh at 12.03 pm about the same, he told that service has been deactivated from his side. But again, balance deducted today 08.10.2012 from my main balance. I have never tried to activate this pack.

We specially inform you that such type of service not expected from your esteemed organization.

PLS NOTE I NEED MY MONEY REFUND WHATEVER DEDUCTED AS ON DATE ON MY CELL .

If you are taking the precaution of customer, KINDLY UPDATE IMMEDAITLY

I have got an SMS from your company regarding 500 mb data usgae for a operiod of 10 days for recharge of 13 and i have done the same. But it is not working, i phone to customer care executive and they are denied so, and also told that there is no any such message sent by them nor there i no plan for 13 rupees. What can i do there is no response from customer care. my numbre is [protected].
I wish to lodge a complain they even denied to lodge a complaint. Now i wish to approach Hon'ble court

Reliance — amount charged without prior notice

CHARGING RS. 3 again and again in the name of service which i dont even know about. Above all without any prior notice. my mobile no. is [protected]. i want the money back and get the service deactivated whatever it is.

But failed to contact, after then again i got a message regarding deactivation of that service, this is also not requested by me to do so.i have charged wrongly rs.60.Please do the needful and refund my deducted balance.

We have a Reliance huawei classic landline instrument[protected] we have taken this connection in March 2012 and since there is a problem in hearing for calling party then we are regularly following your Roorkee Branch for providing us new handset since your refurbished handsets do not work properly. even after continuous request we have not been issue a new handset which caused us loss of goodwill since our customer call on this number and this is unavailable/out of service. kindly take appropriate action as soon as possible.
