I am your customer from last 5 years . My Cell no [protected] is lifetime postpaid. Since last 6 months you are charging Rs. 110 for free use of 175 pulse for idea to idea use. But now i don't want this charges further. I want only Rs. 49 feature charge as callar ID. During the last bill payment on 27.04.2009 i told this to your representative at chichwad, but it is still charging Rs.110 extra in this month bill also. sir,mera mob. no [protected] (lapoo) se maine rs.110 ka recharge kiya tha [protected] no.me,but where is money?idea not give any ans.publick kaa paisa kaha gaya ? id no hr[protected] date 17jul 2010.idea ne hajaro logo ka paisa hadap liya hai.
