Reliance Communications — Data Card Netconnect

I had bought Reliance Net Connect USb modem from Diadem Communications from Indirapuram Ghaziabad. i bough this product six days back. i had submitted all the relevant doucments at the time of activation. after three days my connection was deactivated saying "negative verification". i confirmed back from the scurity guards, neighbours and they told me no one visited my house.

i gave them 3k on the spot to get the connection and now i'm repenting to have it from reliance, its been 3 days now and still i'm finding out right channel to resolve my query. i spoke to customer care and they said "jisse liye hai uske paas jayiye, hum kuch nahi kar sakte"

Reliance net connect 153.6 kbps (USB) liye Muje 4 Mahine ho gaye lekin aaj tak muje reliance net connect ka mahine me kitna upyog kiya aur kitna payment jama karna hai ka bill aj tak nahi mila mai khud custmer care jakar pata karta hu ki kitna bill huva hai.aur fir Samay se pahle jama kar ata hu custmer care mai bill ke bare mai batata hu to javab milta hai register me likh dijiye complain kar dijiye. na to sahi javab milta hai nahi koi bill ke bare me puchhne par koi santosh janak javab milta hai muje lagta hai reliance connection dene bad sochta hai bhad mai jaye... thoda is bato par dhyan dene ki jarurat hai
