[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Not getting speed of 128kbps instead getting only 0 kbps to at max 4 kbps even after getting five bars in it.

Hi Sir,

I have taken a data card connection from reliance on 21/03/2009. My plan is 128 kbps Unlimited Plan.

Name: Jateen Kumar
But from the starting of my connection I am getting only 4 kbps speed. I already make a complaint on customer care . But still i am facing the similar problem. I will be grateful to that person, or Team who will solve this problem. Waiting for your kind help in advance.
