I have appllied for new CDMA Connection from Reliance Communication at Jaipur (Kiran Path, Mansarover) outlet. I bought new CDMA handset alongwith new CDMA sim in the month of March 2009. For this new connections I Paid amount in cash alongwith security. They activated my sim and with one week they disbared my out going without giving any reason in the month of march 2009. I approached Reliance communication outlet but they didn't responce to me. I follow-up different department customer service also but neither they start my outgoing nor they give any reason. In the month of April they send Monthly bill for 6 days to me amt approx Rs.250 and asked me to pay the amount. I again discusse my issue with them but they didn't resolve it. They assured me that once you will pay this amount your service get activated automatically. I deposited Rs. 250 in cash dated 25 april but they didn't resolve my proablem. My services didn't get activated. and within 2 days they send me new bill for the month of April 2009 dated 27 April amount Rs 1200 (Aprox). Now they are sending recovery people which are using abusive language with us and presurrising me to pay the amount. I am not benefited by their services.
I request you to resolve this proablem with compensation.
