Well i have been a reliance custome for quite a long time.
Now i am seeing that after getting some market the service provided by the Relaince is TOO BAD AND NOT CO-OPERATIVE.
I lost my Mobile phone on 23/04/2009 and i went to relaince shop in marthhalli(banglore) from where i took the phone, seems thay also provide services.
But the attitude of the person (a lady) standing for the service was very BAD...She was never in a position to hear from me .
I requested first to block the SIM but she told that they can only Block outgoing calls, they cannot block incoming calls, i was really annoyed with that since i have taken an option of Lifetime incoming option.
Second i told them to provide them to proviode the same SIM or number to me they came up telling that they wouil onl give a SIM if you have reliance CDMA phone and moreover i should take the set from that shop(good way of business both for Reliance and that shop).since i had one extra set i thought i can use it but they refused me.
why is it like that ...why i cant get My SIM for other Set????Where is the Customer care ...

I have lost my mobile with mobile no. [protected]. Kindly block my sim card as early as possible. Kindly send to my a message to my email id if it has been done so.
