[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — negligence of recharge and mistakes and wrongs in recharges and customer care response

Helo sir,
This is krishna([protected]), My whole family members are using only reliance connections.
We have the respect and trust on ur services. Generally only my monthly mobile bill is min.500/-, im recharging the SMS card for every 20days,
But Yesterday I recharged a 49/- SMS card as easy recharge. Actually the every time im getting 1000min. free for 49/- SMS card, yesterday in reliance office, the adviser also told the same 1000min. and 30 days validity.
But i got 250 min. when i recharged yersterday.
so i called to customer care 4 times and asked about this topic. But they didnt give the correct answer and responsible answer. And also they said different different reasons for this problem.
1st time customer care told me(Male Voice): The 1000min offer is valid in UP and Kerala states only so its not applicable to orissa state, so your getting 250min for that 49/- SMS card.
2nd time customer care told me(Female Voice): Ur number is belongs to andhra and your recharged ur mobile in orissa, thatswhy your getting 250min. for 49/- SMS card.

3rd time customer care told me(male Voice): u recharged ur mobile by 49/- SMS card, but you recharged that 49/-card as paper card not easy recharge, so for the reason u got 250min otherwise u will get 1000min. for that 49/- SMS card.

So finally what im saying means,
i sufferd throgh ur customercare and im not getting the correct and perfect solution, answer and fruit from ur side,
so be active and dont do like this type of mistakes in future.

and I want the correct reason for my problem

Reliance Mobile — Negligence

I have a Reliance phone. About a month back i had subscribed for the 50% ring tone pack. Soon after i had unsubscribed for it. But today, January 08, 2008 , once again by pack was auto-renewed. I contacted the Customer Care people on the phone. They said that the message did not reach them and so they cant refund. But if its their technical fault then why should i pay?. Later they asked me what message i had sent. I told them "rt unsub" to "51234" the person on line said that it was wrong and you had to send "unsub" and he also said that if this time it does not work then they will register a complaint and give back the money. i tried this. When this too failed i contacted them again. A lady picked up the phone and said that the actual message to be sent was "rt unsub". When i said that i had tried this earlier she replied that keep trying. My Rs. 15 is lost (Current balance was only Rs10 so Rs.5 will be deducted from the next recharge)
Finally, now i am unsubscribed to that pack.
But my Rs.15 are still lost
recently ( more than days back)Igot a new conection in the name of my father Shri Krishna with full details as well as whatever required ID, verification through M/s Sinha Communication, Kankarbag, Patna but more than 15 days have elapsed but whenever the dealer is contacted he says that it will activated in a day but still nothing has been done from the Reliance GSM service much to the discomfiture to cutomer. right now nuerous attempt has been made to contact customer care executice but customer care has never responded to the call makeing a hellish experience from the reknowned company like Relinace infocom. even the BSNL the govt GSM services provider does not take such a long time activate a SIM. very strange isn't it no [protected], in patna bihar useless service

I m using the 3 Reliance mobile ( 2 GSM n 1 CDMA). i m residing in pune, koregaon park, south end, lane - 5.
When i keep my all the three mobile inside the house there is no signal. I have tried my sim card almost all the mobile but there is no network inside the house.
i had registered a complain regarding the network problem to the customer, they said the issue will be rectified within 72 hrs. when i called the customer care after 72 hrs, it was told to me that the complain had been closed, i said them that my problem has not been rectified. they told that after night 1:00 AM there will be no problem in the signal.

but still i m facing the network problem, i keep all 3 mobile outside the balcony.

It is very shame to hear that Reliance is India No.1 trusted service network
Hi,
I would like to tell u that a month ago I was unable to get recharge in kaddapah (AP), I face much problem to get recharge. And now I am back in Mumbai and here I am facing the same problem in Mumbra (Thane). Please check this Matter.
