Dear Sameer, I can understand your problems. The Sales Executive (Speacially in Reliance) are cheaters and they only want to earn money not a relation or satisfied consumer for Reliance. I am also facing a problem with Reliance Communication and I had draft some mails to them but they are not taking any action against his Sales Executive.
