i'm from pune.i purchased a sim 2 weeks before.The cost of sim is 49 in which i m getting lifetime service n 90 days reduce call rates.i recharged my mobile with 21(free night calling after 11pm) 2 days after the purchase of my sim.its now 7-8days since my complaint is not being resolved.i called more than 15times to cu care.they always say that you will receive an sms soon.yesterday agin i called cu care they told tht u have to wait for 72hrs.The cu care is not able to handle my problem.Some of them don't know how to talk.
i think it is the worst service for a customer.
the night calling is not free.the call charges is .05rs/min.i recharged my sim with 21.night calling is free with 21 recharge.
