Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken a post-paid GSM connection of Reliance Communication, from your outlet Lata Communication, Bavdhan, PUNE 411023. My number was activated from 17.Jul.09. The services ( outgoing/incomming) to the subject number were barred after one/two days without giving me prior information. When I contacted on the customer care no.*222, there was no one to answer my call. Subsequently, I visited the Lata Communications. I was explained that it was a wrong barring due to software issues. Thereafter my number was activated.
Again, on 29.7.09 the services to my number were barred. When contacted to Lata communication, this time the reason given to me was that the application form was filled in with the blue ink. Consequently, I had filled in a new application form with black ink, as required, and re-furnished all the documents that were asked for. Thereafter, my number was activated after n no. of calls to follow up. It could happen only after I had sent my representative on 30.7.09 personally, to lata Communications office to follow up with the matter.
Unfortunately, the same issue had taken place, yesterday.. My calls ( incomming/outgoing facility) has been barred just for no ryhm or reason. when contacted, the dealer, lata Comunications they are unable to give any satifying reply. Everytime, I visit with my problem I am given a new number and a new person to deal with.
Despite of following it up over phone, it goes to the deaf ears. It is becomming quite difficult for me to leave my job and personally folow up with the people to keep my services active.
I didnot even think in my wildest dreams that post sale services of Reliance Communications could be in so pathetic state.
I hope this time my problem is viewed seriously and resolved at the earliest.
